It’s nice that they offer pickup at the north island resorts, but the traffic is so unbelievable that it added two hours total to our day just commuting to and from Rodney bay. The tour encompasses everything promised but it felt a bit rushed and we were taken to a beach with no reef for snorkeling with involved just looking at sand. I wish I had booked with a small group boat on the beach of our resort rather than ahead of time through Viator. The catamaran probably had close to 100 people.

This is a full day sail to Soufriere to see the Volcano/ mud bath, a buffet lunch on a beautiful estate and a trip to a waterfall to watch or get wet under the falls. The boat and crew were great. We sailed down the coast which is a terrific way to see St Lucia. Three highlights were sailing into Marigot Bay, viewing the Pitons, and sailing into Soufriere town. The town represents a rare vision of the old Caribbean towns like in Pirates of the Caribbean. That is not something you see every day. My only real disappointment was the food of the buffet lunch. It was typical fare and lukewarm warm at best. Everyone is hungry by the time we eat and I realize that it’s a buffet lunch for the masses but considering the turn over of people, the food should be hot and taste fresher. As far as everything else, the boat and the crew and the sail, I’d give it 5 stars with the exception of the lunch.

The pickup from the cruise port was confusing but overall we enjoyed the excursion. The info we received said we would meet up with guide on the pier and to look for tour operator, Barefoot Adventures. We found someone from Barefoot Adventures but she was running a different tour people had booked through Princess cruises (our cruise ship). She was very helpful though in directing us to a gazebo within the courtyard of the port duty free shops where we eventually gathered with passengers on several different excursions being run by operator Carnival - not Barefoot. Seems Barefoot must have subcontracted. No one from Carnival asked to see our tickets and I don’t think they verified our names either. From the cruise port, they put us on a two-minute van ride to the place where we boarded the catamaran. Some of the people who were with us stayed behind because they were on a different tour that was on land. Once we were on the catamaran there was no more confusion and the crew did a good job of explaining where we were going and pointed out sites along the west side of the island as we went down to Soufriere. The catamaran seemed to have maybe 50 to 100 passengers. In Soufriere we were herded onto multiple vans to visit sulfur springs mud bath / volcano. The crew/guides did a good job of keeping all of the groups organized to their respective vans. Our guide, Tonya, was excellent and very knowledgeable! We opted to do the volcano history with a guide at the site over the mud bath since we had done that on a different island. We really enjoyed the presentation on the caldera. We then made a stop at the waterfall and Tonya managed to get each participant a photo in the waterfall before we returned to the catamaran for a buffet lunch. About halfway back we anchored and some people snorkeled while others just used the beach and swam for 30-45 minutes. On the sail back people continued to enjoy rum punch, and beer and dancing to the music. There was definitely a younger vibe, though there were some older and middle-aged people. If you do not like a party atmosphere this part may be a turn off. The catamaran dropped off the cruise ship passengers right at the pier within walking distance of the ship before heading to wherever the hotel passengers get dropped off.

Overall nice trip, while snorkeling there was not much to see. Very good food. Meeting point and pickup could be a little better.

Boat excursion is the way to go! The water and land combination. We made it a full day boat, snorkling, mud bath, and waterfall. Lunch was pretty good too! The party on the way back to our port was awesome. We had a family group of 11. The rum punch hit the spot!

Fantastic day from start to finish. Spending Christmas Day on the catamaran was the perfect choice. The crew were amazing—friendly, helpful, and informative—and the drinks flowed all day. The sulphur springs are a must-see, and the waterfall was absolutely out of this world. Highly recommended, and I would definitely do it again.

It rained almost our entire trip but we still had an awesome time. The waterfall was a bit underwhelming but still neat to see! The lunch was delicious. The drinks were unlimited the entire time on the boat, nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Overall my husband and o enjoyed our excursion, the crew was really nice as well

I bought this tour because it included a visit Diamond Botanical Gardens as stated: "With your guide, make your way to Diamond Botanical Gardens, located on a verdant plantation estate. Follow your guide down easy walking trails featuring beautiful examples of local flora and fauna". It was misleading and the tour was sold on a false promise of activity they were not going to provide. Two other activities I already visited a couple days ago with a different provider. Very disappointed they you are selling something you cannot deliver.
