2.00Only benefit was getting through ck in at airline. No benefit at tsa ck point it was super fast for all. Food in lounge not so great and very small selection. Would be better and cheaper just to pay for hotel transfer,food,beverages.

5.00We were very happy with the service and the comfort that is the Yanola lounge at St Lucia airport. We highly recommend you take advantage of this. The airport is so small and when it is crowded there is nowhere to sit, this offers you a nice, quiet comfortable spot to be with drinks and food.

1.00For the first time ever we booked business class tickets for a really special holiday to St Lucia. Due to hurricane Beryl our return flight was cancelled and we were rebooked the next day, though our two daughters were downgraded. This was understandable under the circumstances, but we were reassured at the check-in desk that our daughters would be allowed access to the lounge. When we arrived at the lounge desk the ladies behind the front desk refused to allow access to one of my daughters. They insisted that we paid her entrance fee to use the lounge, or leave and go back through security to the check-in desk. They also refused to phone the check-in desk to confirm our access to the lounge was given to all four of us by the airline. Given our mobiles were not able to obtain signal there we asked to use the landline at the desk and this was also refused. Under the circumstances and in the context of encountering a hurricane this was incredibly unhelpful, unfriendly and certainly not the image of St Lucia that I am sure the country would want to promote. This incident spoilt the end of the holiday experience for us all.

5.00We used Island Taxi & Tours for access to the departure VIP lounge only (not for transfer from resort). The lounge was very clean, comfortable and had sufficient food and drink to help us pass the time as we waited for the plane. We were at the airport a year prior and did not use the lounge ... way better in the lounge for sure!!!

5.00This is hands-down something I would always book when traveling to St Lucia. We had a nice complimentary lunch there - soup, sandwiches, wine, beer, etc. - away from the crowds. This was especially good since our flight kept getting delayed. There was a wifi and several places to charge our devices. We definitely had a comfortable lounge in which to wait while everyone else sat on hard plastic chairs.

1.00As my first review stated that no representative was at the airport. So my review does not change. But I did make contact with the tour operator and a full refund was issued. There was no explanation as to what happened. With the full refund it shows they messed up and was willing to admit it.

My husband and I were stuck in St Lucia for the night due to the cancellation of our flight and this place really helped us find a place to stay for the night and provided us with transportation to and from the facility. I offer my highest recommendation for this facility!
