1.00Booked this trip, did not go on the trip because the driver arrived early and we were not told of the arrival time by the company or our resort. They refused to reimburse us our money. This is not a good tour, their communication is poor. They wanted to book another day, but we had other things booked those days, still they refused to refund us.
