Roundtrip transportation from the cruise port is only offered to cruise guests arriving before 9:00 am. Cruise ship guests arriving later are welcome, but transportation will not be provided.

5.00We enjoyed the aerial/zipline & mini hike adventure. Our guide Jr (Junior) is so knowledgeable of the rainforest from birds, plants to the different types of trees and the medicinal benefits … we were blown away! The aerial tram was just AMAZING! Spectacular views. As for the mini hike I was a little unfit for that 🤣 but it was great fun. Now the zip line completely forgot about how many we were doing 😱🥲 that was a little out of my depth, but the group we were with mad it all the more enjoyable, again, Jr and Coral were superb with their experience, knowledge, attention to care and the safety importance was checked over and over - they are just great at what they do. However, I was happy once I got to the last one to be back on safe ground 🤣. LOVED THE WHIOLE EXPERIENCE. Thank you Jr & Coral

5.00What a great time! Our guides were amazing! They made us feel safe and secure and ensured we had the best time, This was my first time zip lining and I had so much fun, I’m ready to do it again. The tram ride was so refreshing, with great views and a nice breeze. This is an experience you won’t want to miss!!!

5.00A truly wonderful and fun experience. My husband and I never tried zip lining before but wanted to try. I especially was terrified considering that I was scared of heights. But we were assigned two guides for our group of 8 who were very professional keeping safety first at all times. They did a great job making us comfortable while keeping it fun. Highly recommended.

5.00Our guides gave us a great overview of the trees and birds as we went up in the gondola. We had an incredible view from the top! The ziplines were a good mix of short and long runs; a few runs we were able to do backwards! We had some communication issues since we booked at the last minute. They had to bump us to the next day to accommodate a pickup, which was fine. But upon arrival at the check-in booth they didn’t have our reservation listed correctly and we spent several minutes working through it. Overall, Rainforest Adventures did a great job correcting the error, accommodating our reservation, and finding transportation for us back to our resort.

5.00We had a wonderful time doing this excursion and would recommend this to everyone. My only issue was our driver (Timothy) who picked us up and we asked if we could leave a bag on the bus as this was for our other excursion later that day and he said that was no problem. When we came off the zip line, Timothy had taken other people in his bus along with our bag elsewhere. We had to meet him at the cruise terminal and because of this we missed our next excursion and couldn't get a refund because they need 48hrs cancellation. So very disappointed with the unorganised situation
