Disclaimer: This is a one way transfer. For round trip you will have to make two bookings, one for arrival and the other for departure.

What To Expect
Our driver will be waiting outside the lobby in the arrival area with your name on a sign. The driver will secure your bags in the vehicle and then bring you safely to your destination in a fully airconditioned vehicle. If there is no traffic on the road the drive should be 30minutes or less. You will get to see some sights and highlights on the way and the driver will give you some history of the Island.

2.00Disappointed. This was nothing like I expected. The pictures show luxury vehicles with the driver in a suit. What we received was a driver in a baseball cap. We were picked up in a van that was parked across the parking lot from the airport which means we had to WALK to the vehicle instead of the vehicle coming to us. Taxis were closer. The van was not luxurious at all and the A/C barely cooled the vehicle. They did however supply a RED CARPET in front of the van door for pictures but we were not interested. Rum punch was served to add to the experience. Not impressed and definitely wasn't what I expected.

5.00I set this up on trip advisor months before our trip. We arrived and tbeybwhere at the airport waiting with rum punch. It was a real welcome affair to the island. We easily got to out hotel and the ride was quick and safe. Thanks for the safe ride.
Disappointed Customer/False Advertisement

1.00This VIP is a scam because the advertising of VIP was not VIP service. My driver was 25 mins late picking us up and when he arrived he had a piece of paper with my name misspelled. Also, it was not front door pickup service. We had to walk from door 4 about half a mile to the public parking where a big white taxi/shuttle van was parked. The driver then pulls out a dirty red carpet with gold posts. I was very upset with this presentation and the fact that we had to walk and we did not receive a black car service as advertised in their posting. I tried calling the provider several times but he refused to take my call so I called Viator. I am currently waiting for a response. I will update you all once I know. Lastly, if you come to Maarten please just take a taxi from airport to hotel. It’s so much cheaper. Prices ranges from $5-20 per person depending which hotel zone you’re going to.

5.00Very professional very friendly very safe company. The only thing that they need to improve is the communication before the pick up trip. They should call you the day before and let you know what time they’re gonna be at the hotel or at the airport but other than that, they are a great company. Definitely will use them again.

2.00Once we got off of the plane we had no idea where to go, we went to door 3 and driver was by door 4. We would have never connected had it not been for airport staff. As a service, they should realize people are traveling internationally and are more often then not going to be in airplane mode, unable to receive communications. The service would be fine if it were laid out better where to be exactly, this isn’t a big airport so that should be an easy fix. By the time got to the car we had to walk across the parking lot. A very dis-jointed and frustrating experience.

1.00I reserved this service the morning of my date of arrival. When I got to the airport no one came to pick me up. I waited over an hour and finally called the contact number and was told that they weren’t able to do it and I’d be issued an automatic refund. No refund has been issued, no ride was given, and now I can’t get in contact with anyone.
