  I did the tour in Grottos tour in Lagos at sunrise. The tour is amazing.The view at sunrise is incredible and the caves are beautiful. Gaylord is a great tour guide. He teaches the techniques for supping very clearly and always give tips and advice during activities. Sygma sup school also does everything they can for the planet, being eco friendly and being part of the 1% club. They give you an amazing experience and make sure you have a lot a fun so you will leave with a big smile. They make a lot a of pictures and they share them with you. I can really recommend Sygma sup school for supping tours. It is a great experience that you will not forget!

  I really liked this activity, although I m Portuguese I discovered new facts about portuguese history that were described by the monitor.yes you have to wake up early but it s worth of you time for the landscapes you ll see in a 100% safe way.i took a friend with zero experience and he made it.congrats sygma school and Gaylord.next year we ll be back for sure

  A wonderful morning!!! It is worth getting up early! We were picked up punctually at 6am in Aljezur. Less than an hour later we started after the instructions in a small group on the beach of Lagos. A wonderful sunrise, good historical and historical inputs. Great support for paddling and fantastic nature to admire and pictures to download which were taken during the tour. Thank you for the effort and unforgettable mornings. Highly recommended for young and old. See you soon we'll be back!

  Thanks for the tour and the pictures. The kids and I enjoyed it a lot! Weather and water were super nice and we could experience a beautiful sunrise. The tour was cool and we are looking forward to the next tour, hopefully soon!

  Such a beautiful experience. Very early start but worth it to beat the summer winds and the crowds. We were the only people on the water and it felt like we had the whole universe to ourselves, although it felt and looked like heaven floating atop the still water, with the sun rising in the western sky on the horizon. Truly life affirming. Gay was an impeccable, lovely instructor and guide. At ease immediately and felt completely safe. Top top human being. Not to be missed!

  We had such a great time! It was very special to start at sunrise and see the amazing grottos before everyone else gets there. Gay is a great teacher and had some interesting nature and historical insights on the caves :)

  Last week we took the tour with Sygma SUP and paddled around and into the caves of Lagos. We brought our kids along (4, 6, 8) and always felt save and taken care of. Would totally recommend to anybody. It is totally worth getting up early in the morning because except for distant fisher boats we were the only people on the water.

  I recommend this tour even for those who have never paddled. Living this experience in the morning allows you to enjoy it to the full. During the walk Antoine gives us some explanations about the place, the fauna and flora. It is very present for those who have never paddled, which allows to be comfortable and enjoy it to the fullest! Taking a walk in the caves is just magic! The colors and places are breathtaking! Can't wait to try the other tricks!!! ✌ Clementine

  We had a nice professional lady instructor who showed us amazing seaviews on brand new eco paddleboards and wetsuites. This tour is really stunning and provide breathless views of nature and sea of the Algarve. Even without much paddle experience we could do this trip easy. This was one of our highlights of our Algarve holidays in Aljezur. Next year I'll be back and do the other one for sure. thanks to Sandy.
