What To Expect
Stingray City
Stingray city, What Cayman is known for! Our friendly(Sea Pancakes what I call em)Southern Atlantic Stingrays tamed over many decades of interaction, they will swim around us like curious(Sea Puppies). They are 100% wild which makes it unique unlike other destinations, they come and go as they wish. We can hold, feed, kiss, and take pictures with them to Secure the moment!
Starfish Point a short ride across the "North Sound" from Stingray City. Calmest out of the three, a perfect spot to relax. Straight from the vessel, and on to a beach/sandbar depending on wind. You can hold see these wild sea creatures as they will slowly walk around us while we talk about them!

5.00Wonderful experience, highly recommend!! Our guides were very attentive and knowledgeable. We went snorkeling at carol garden, and saw stingray and starfish at two other stops. We liked swimming with stingrays most, it was so much fun! Besides the fun activities, I wanted to highlight that our guides were very attentive and knowledgeable. We wouldn't have had so much fun swimming with stingrays if they didn't hold the stingray and let us get close by the creature. They also did a great job with the timing, we had an easy time getting back to the port and catch the tender boat before the crowds. I would highly recommend this tour if you visit Cayman Islands and want to get the most out of a short day!

5.00Great laid back experience. Large boat and only had about 16 people. Jake and Angel were great operators. They were very kind and helpful in all that we done. Definitely a must do while you’re in Grand Cayman.

5.00The captain Jake, alongside with Angel, were an absolute blast. This crew have given us the real a Cayman experience through our boat adventures from the snorkling dive spot, to the Stingray City, and Starfish Beach. They always went above and beyond to accommodate us whether it be photographs along the way, encouraging exciting activity for everyone such as kissing a stingray for 7 years of luck (best believe we did). This is an experience that is comfortable for any-age. To sum it up: Adventure-filled, engaging, and a friendly experience. If you are looking to experience any of the events above I highly recommend experiencing it with this crew!

5.00Great two hour getaway. Got to see all the key sights we wanted to and the crew were great. Excellent smaller group size opposed to all the other boats crammed like a sardine can. Had a great time.

5.00This was such a fun day! The tour operator made it so we saw plenty of stingrays. Never felt rushed. The boat was the perfect size for the number of people. I would recommend this company.

5.00The wind forced our cruise ship to divert to another place to dock. Sit was no problem. You will be picked up and returned to your cruise ship on time. Was a really great day!!

5.00Great day in Grand Cayman! The Stingrays, snorkeling and starfish were all great. It was also very helpful and convenient that they picked us up from the cruise port. Things I wish I had known- This excursion is for about 50+ people. There's a couple vans/ buses that take you on a 10-15 ride to the boat and then the boat ride is about 20+ min to stingray city. The snorkeling and starfish point are kinda close to the stingrays. Loved all the stops and the crew was great. For my family - I would do same excursion but on a smaller / more personal level if I returned. The time we got to interact with the stingrays was limited due to the size of the group.
10/10 recommend!

5.00My wife and I had originally planned an excursion to see the bioluminescent plankton, but it was cancelled due to rough sea conditions and wind. This was the excursion we planned in place of it and we were THRILLED with the experience. On our trip, the current and winds were a tad strong and challenging for older folks and some kids but totally doable. Starfish point and stingray city were extremely mild and perfect for all ages. The crew was great, the captain was top tier but I wanted to give a special shoutout to JOSH. He was a young kid and we witnessed him work his a** off anchoring the boat and assisting the captain with a lot of the work. He was exhausted by the end, and even through his grind went out of his way to make it a great experience educating us on the jellyfish types and handing out calamari for the stingrays. These people are all incredibly nice and I’d recommend for your significant other, family, or young kids.

5.00Amazing trip captained by Jake and Alex. Fantastic hosts who really made this experience special for my family and our 2 year old. They were interactive, took family photos, let all the kids take turns “driving” the boat. We went on an excursion years ago and it was nothing like this. Great job to these folks and we would absolutely book again through Rowan Watersports using Captain Jake & Alex!
