We loved the stingrays and the snorkeling had so many beautiful fish. The starfish beach was ok and boat ride was long. We enjoyed the experience as a whole and the crew was great. They made sure everyone who wanted to touch and hold the stingray did. If you wanted to feed them they made sure you did. We would for sure recommend this to anyone. We got to see so many fish of different colors.

Grand Caymen is the most beautiful place, sting ray city was breath taking and all six of us ranging in ages from 7-60 enjoyed all activities from snorkeling, sting rays and starfish. Guides were great with my seven year old and we were well attended to. Thank you! Appreciate you all!

TLDR: this was an awesome experience and beautiful day we will never forget! Traveled as a family with a 7 year old child. Keep reading for even more reason to choose Captain Bryan. Okay, so we ran into a pickle on our cruise. We originally booked the 12 pm tour. Our cruise line changed our port time and we had to be back to the boat by 3:30PM. Too late to cancel without losing 100% of our booking and not to mention missing out on the tour. The morning of our tour I called through Facebook messenger Captain Bryan’s business Facebook page. And his daughter (who had set up his page years ago) answered. She took down all my info and called her father. She called back to let me know everything was fine and he could absolutely take us on the 9AM tour! Captain Bryan and his daughter saved the day! We loved our tour captains and staff on the boat. They taught us a lot about the sea life. They provided life jackets and snorkels. Water, and juice were also provided. There was a bathroom on board the boat. They also have a photographer that will take pictures. The water is gorgeous. The stingrays are friendly. You get to feed them and pet them. You get to touch and hold the starfish. This tour is a must for all ages!!!

We had an amazing time. There were 11 of us in total on our family trip. Even though we had rented cars for the trip, we opted to be picked up from the hotel by the complimentary shuttle - and it turned out to be a great idea. Our group ranged from a 4 year old all the way up to Grandparents in their 60’s. We did the morning session and there was only one other couple with us on the boat so it felt like a private tour. The boat itself was great. It had a covered deck below with plenty of seating in and out of the sun and a top deck that was open and also had seating. You could sit on either deck. The boat had a restroom and there were plenty of drinks. We read previous reviews and found that we could bring snacks so we did. There was time between each stop to take pictures and eat a quick snack. We brought oranges, grapes and chips with us and that worked out great for everyone. We all wore our bathing suits and a coverup there. We also wore water shoes, but found out as we were boarding that no shoes [at all / any point] are allowed on the boat. You must take them off before entering and put them on after you step off. My suggestion would be to bring flip flops that way you can easily put your shoes on after disembarking the boat. We brought towels with us but found we dried off pretty quickly just sitting on the moving boat. As we left the Bay Area we got concerned because we could see larger waves and thought maybe it would feel rough, but honestly the boat was so big and the captain was so great you couldn’t feel it. When I say couldn’t feel it I mean you could still walk around on the boat and have a conversation - no holding on required. Our guides were very knowledgeable and explained the trip in detail. They were very knowledgeable about the area and the sea life. They went over safety precautions in the beginning and reminded you during each stop what you can and cannot do. For snorkeling, they have life vests, snorkels and goggles available and they do not cost extra. We brought our 4 year olds life vest with us because we were unsure if they had one small enough and I’m glad we did because the one they had would not have worked out for him as he would not have been able to hold himself upright in the water. Even though the water is crystal clear, looking through the goggles at the very least is a must. It’s so beautiful and worth the look. The sting rays are huge - just know whatever you think they are, they are probably bigger than that. They are however very friendly and if you don’t want to touch them you don’t have to. If you are scared, don’t agree to feed them or touch the food and they will leave you alone. Our captains were amazing and again explained everything in detail which made it a very enjoyable experience. Our 4 year olds did get in the water (no life vest - very shallow water) and with the help of his Dad was able to pet and feed the sting rays. He opted to get out before we did the final pictures, but he oooo’d and aaahhhh’d from the boat. All the teenagers, adults and Grandparents got in as well. Everyone agreed it was worth the experience. Starfish point was out last stop and it was awesome. It’s a very shallow area and there are tons of starfish, you can’t take them out of the water but everyone can hold them. Again they did a great job of teaching us about the starfishes while still allowing us time to explore. Just a side note, they will take pictures for you while you are on the boat, buts it’s only with the stingrays while you hold them. Those pictures are $40 and totally worth it. They are some of our best pictures. We were able to take pictures from the boat during snorkeling, but not in the water. At the stingrays and starfish we were able to take pictures with our phones and selfie sticks because the water was shallow and calm enough. Overall it was an amazing once in a lifetime experience and I would highly recommend Captain Bryan’s to anyone and everyone wanting to take this excursion!

Great snorkeling at the first stop. Stingray City steals the show - hold and interact with these dossel creatures. Amazing - wife loved it. Star Fish beach is very nice with a food-boat there. Great boat ride too! Captain and first mate Pancho are friendly and accommodating.

This experience is a must do in grand cayman. Between the 3 areas, you never are bored. The stingrays were definitely a highlight for me, and was a very low stress excursion. Definitely bring extra sunscreen and a beach towel, but waters/sodas were provided! The crew was great and would do again.

Terrible company that couldn’t care less about the guests or their hard earned money. Cancelled service last minute & the owner says “your little money means nothing to me”. An absolute joke of a company & there are plenty of other tour operators offering a much better experience. Shame on you Bryan!
