5.00I recently travelled to St.Kitts with my two sons to see where my father was born. In January I reached out to Shane to arrange a tour on April 13th, 2026 based on all of the good reviews I had seen. Shane was very responsive to my messages as we prearranged my tour. Believe me he did not disappoint! We were picked up at our Airbnb in Half Moon Bay as scheduled. Shane went out of his way to find the site of my father’s family business, my great uncles home and of course Challengers Village which my great, great, great grandfather started. Along with visiting places pertaining to my family heritage in Basseterre we also had a wonderful and informative tour of many of the villages on the island as we made our way to Romney Manor and Caribelle Batik as well as Brimstone Hill, Frigate Bay Area and Timothy Hill. Do not hesitate to book a tour with St. Kitts Good Times you will enjoy every minute. Our tour was the highlight of our trip.

5.00Shane was fantastic! This is a must do when visiting St. Kitts. He is very knowledgeable about the history of the island and goes out of his way to make you feel at home. We had local food, stopped by his house to see his mom, went to a secluded area for lunch from a local place, and stopped to see his garden and dog on the way back, on top of all of the major landmarks. This was a beautiful first experience for us not being familiar with the island. We would recommend this for anyone, especially first time visitiors. Thank you Shane!

5.0010/10 hands down! Shane offers the best combo tour: educational, relaxing and fun! He shared local pastries, beer, rum and Tinga soda (big hit with our 8yo kids). He even showed us his house and we got to wave a hello to his mom!! Oh the love and pride this man has for his island is palpable! Small group of 12, Shane facilitated engaging discussions amongst us and shared his deep knowledge of the history of the island. Our lunch stop was fantastic, right on the beach. Here is where Shane surprised us the most: our kids wanted to stay a little longer at the beach. We were considering getting a taxi back to the port but Shane offered to pick us up later in a smaller van. He 100% cares about his customers, treating us like family. Do not hesitate to book his tour, you won’t regret it. When we visit St. Kitts again, we will surely reach out to Shane. We wish him, his son, and his whole family the best of luck!!

5.00This was a one of a kind outing! If you are looking for a small group, personal and fun experience, this is for you! Shane made this excursion one of the best we’ve done on any cruise. If this is your first time to St Kitts, then this is a fantastic excursion for you. Shane even took us to the part of the island where he resides and showed us his property and we even got to meet his mother! We stopped to get lunch from a local restaurant in his town and took us to a small beach area with covered picnic tables. We saw all the places that the cruise tours go to, but we were in our own small tour and could go at our own pace. He was extremely knowledgeable about the island and made it very interesting. We would highly recommend it!

5.00Personable, intelligent, knowledgeable, kind...these are just a few words that describe Shane of Good Times Tours in Bassetere, St.Kitts. My husband agreed this was the best tour we have had the good fortune to enjoy. We not only learned about the history of St.Kitts but also the culture. Shane was very kind and engaging. He also included, literally, a taste of the island with local pastries and drinks. We loved the very personal touches he included about his future plans and family and was very open to answering questions about the island. Shane met us promptly in the agreed upon location in an immaculate van. It was an amazing, fun and relaxing day that included some walking and drives to historic sites as well as to gorgeous scenic sites. We highly recommend Shane and Good Times Tours.
