Very dissatisfied and frustrated with with this 'experience'. The app wouldn't load properly and continued to shut down when selecting start. Continually got a message saying that my tour had already been consumed. My partner and I both emailed the company and have had NO reply to date. Would suggest avoiding this company.

This was a disgrace! The instruction told us to meet at Shakespear's birthplace and it said the tour was available from 12:00 AM until 11:30pm. We were there at 12 (noon) but nobody turned up and the only 'phone number to ring turned out to be in FRANCE!! We had no idea what to do, so left.

The audio tour was exactly what we wanted.The only problem we had was with the first stop as the narration kept cutting out. We saw all the main places of interest and enjoyed the dialogue

I had paid and downloaded the tour yesterday, we stopped for a drink part way through and when I tried to open the tour again, it closed and it wouldn’t allow me back in unless I paid again? I messaged Viator asking to allow us to access it again the next day so we could finish the tour but I had no reply.
Surprisingly entertaining for non Shakespeare fanatics

It was surprisingly entertaining. Easy to follow with the in built GPS map which shows your location with a blue dot and markers for the stops clearly marked in number order. Each stop was only about 4-6mins and the commentators were easily to listen to. They bounced off each other well and it just seemed like you were listening to a conversation. Highly recommend!! Took us about 1.5hrs to complete the tour but we did go slow.

We wanted a simple way to see the majority of key spots in Stratford upon Avon and this was perfect for that. We were able to download the tour so we didn’t have to be connected to the internet which was perfect since we were traveling without a cell data plan. Enjoyable listen!

We down loaded this before our visit which meant that we were able to be flexible when to begin. It is very clear and easy to use with lots of interesting information included. It didn’t take too long but was long enough to be a decent sized activity on our mini break. Very good.
