The Twelve Apostles

The relentless Southern Ocean waves and powerful winds gradually eroded the softer limestone, creating caves within the cliffs. Over time, these caves turned into rock arches, and subsequent collapses resulted in the towering 45-meter-high rock stacks isolated from the coastline.
