2.00I really wanted to leave a positive review because the photoshoot itself was a great experience. Kevin was very informative and provided clear, helpful guidance on posing, which I appreciated. However, it has now been 10 business days and I still have not received my photos. The expected delivery timeframe was 5–7 business days, and despite multiple follow-ups and assurances that the images would be sent, I am still waiting. I was genuinely looking forward to seeing how the photos turned out, so this has been disappointing. I hope this is resolved soon, but at this point, the lack of delivery has impacted my overall experience.
