What To Expect
Sulphur Springs
Relax at the healing mud baths of St. LUCIA, apply volcanic mu, Realx in the hot tub while your guide capture precious moments snapping photos throughout, shopping at various stops, apply volcanic mud, soak in the black medicinal waters, rejuvenate your body and skin. Cool down at Toraille Waterfall. Refreshments served afterwards.

Tour of volcano park: Visitors will have a 20 minutes tour of the d volcano to see hot boiling mud pools, steam escaping and learn history!
Duration: 3 hours: 3 hours depends on hotel or area picked up
Lunch: Chicken, fish, rice, salad, peas, starchy vegetables, banana pie (or other)
Drive through Soufriere town: Drive through Soufriere town, view Catholic church and town square, do mud bath, waterfall then lunch

5.00This was such a wonderful experience. Shaka greeted our group of 8 very warmly and the experience just got better from there. She handled all coordination with transportation, excursions, and food and everything went very smoothly. She was very knowledgeable and outgoing and made the day so much richer and enjoyable. It felt like our trip was so personalized and our experience and memories were the most important thing to her. She was a wonderful photographer and always sought out great backdrops for pictures and unique experiences. We enjoyed the mud bath and waterfall, but the crater visit with interesting background from Simon was something not to be missed. Everyone we interacted with throughout the day was friendly, competent, and professional. Highly recommended!

5.00Excellent tour guide. We felt safe and welcome from beginning to end. Our guide was courteous, shared local history, offered to take pictures, gave us an opportunity to stop along the way at scenic locations and never insinuated himself. The Creole lunch was freshly made and very delicious. It was a perfect day. Thank you team.
Extremely Poor Communication - Tour Never Happened

1.00Very disappointing and poorly managed experience. I booked a 14:00 tour and contacted the operator well in advance to confirm pickup details, which I had already provided during booking. I followed up multiple times via TripAdvisor messaging, WhatsApp, and made several phone calls - none were answered. Only after the tour time passed did they respond, saying they were “busy” and “forgot to follow up.” This is not acceptable, especially when clear messages and call attempts were made from my side, all of which are documented. I never received a call from them, despite their claims. Because of this lack of communication and organisation, the tour did not happen and my travel plans in Saint Lucia were affected. The company may look professional online, but the actual customer support is extremely unreliable. I would strongly advise future travellers to be cautious and ensure direct confirmation before relying on this operator.

5.00We had an absolutely wonderful excursion in St. Lucia! Our driver, Henry, was incredibly friendly and made the entire experience even more enjoyable. He took us to several scenic spots along the way, allowing us to take in the stunning views of the island before arriving at the mud baths and then the waterfalls. Henry was very informative throughout the trip, sharing interesting details about the island, and he went above and beyond by taking great photos of us at every stop. We also enjoyed a delicious local lunch, which was a perfect addition to the day. I would highly recommend this excursion to anyone who doesn’t mind riding through the island by vehicle—it’s a fantastic way to see St. Lucia and have an unforgettable experience.

5.00As a family, we have mixed feelings towards this. As an adventurous person, I thoroughly enjoy the experience. Although the road getting there was winding and the mud bath area was much smaller and way more crowdy than we expected, it was still a very unique experience. I also enjoy the cold waterfall shower (again depend on the luck, I got there 1 min before the crowd, so was able to get under the waterfall by myself. It turned into a crowded area very soon). Our guide Shelden was kind and fun. We learned a number of unique plants that we did not know before from him (cinnamon, mahogany). Our driver was very skilled as well. I don't think I can drive here. My daughter did get a bit car sick. Still we felt that we got a true St Lucia experience.

5.00Great tour, picked us up right at the cruise terminal. The drive is quite long, and roads are very curvy, so take into consideration if you get car sick. The mud baths were busy but the guides were right there to take photos with your phones if you wanted. The waterfall stop was short, but enough time to grab a few pictures. Lunch was an array of chicken, fish, rice and beans, salad, veggies and a macaroni dish. Food was excellent. Overall the trip was slightly rushed, but not by any fault of the driver or guide. It just so happened to be very busy at each stop and traffic was rough.

5.00Me and my wife had an amazing time on this tour. It was well needed after our wedding two days prior on the island. Our guide was super friendly and helpful. He even took pictures with our phones and got some amazing shots. The food at Marie’s Cuisine was excellent. Probably the best meal I had the whole time I was there. Pick up was very flexible and a comfortable ride. I would definitely recommend this to all my friends who are in St. Lucia.

5.00The experience was very nice and excellent value. We felt like we got a lot out of the tour and saw a lot of the island. There is a lot of driving on mountain roads, but you get great views and see villages. Our guide Sheldon was terrific and our driver Mothie was “the best driver on the island”.
