  Excellent experience in every way. Island Routes sold the tour and Cool Running was the tour operator. I did have a question about the tour and Island Routes did their best to answer the inquiry but their staff is in Jamaica and the tour was in Barbados. If you have a question about sales contact Island Routes if you have a question about the tour contact Cool Running. Cool Running is an upscale tour operator providing an upscale experience.

  This cruise was so much fun. Snorkeling was great. Food was great. Drinks, views and music were awesome. Staff were super friendly and fun.

  

  

  

• ⭐️ Absolutely Shocking Experience – Do Not Recommend

  I chose this sunset experience because it was highly recommended, and instead it turned into one of the most frustrating travel experiences I’ve ever had. I arranged hotel pickup, and every confirmation email clearly states a 3:00 PM pickup time. We arrived at the pickup location at 2:45 PM, only to be told we had missed it because the pickup was apparently at 2:00 PM. Nowhere in any email, or confirmation were we told 2:00 PM. Not once. What makes this even worse is that: • We received no phone call • No text • No email • No attempt to contact us at all We were staying two doors down from the pickup point. A simple call would have allowed us to be there immediately, or at the very least get a cab to meet them at the boat. Instead, they just left. When I contacted the company to ask what happened, I was told we “missed the time” despite the fact that their own written confirmation says otherwise (photos attached). I asked to move the booking to the next day since we still had one more day in town. They refused. I asked for a refund. Also refused. So to be clear: We paid $340, never stepped on a boat, received zero service, and were denied any flexibility or refund all due to their poor communication. This is unacceptable. If a company can’t clearly communicate pickup times or make even the smallest effort to contact guests, they should not be in the tourism business. 10/10 don’t recommend. Save yourself the stress and book with Silver Moon instead.

• Magical Sunset Cruise

  This was an incredible magical trip. We booked it prior to getting to Sandals Barbados. We were not sure what to expect. We spoke to Ms. Lakeisha at the resort once we got there and she told us it was one of the best tours they had to offer. She did not disappoint us at all. In fact we were even more impressed with the experience. We boarded the Cool Runnings III boat in the afternoon from Bridgetown to start the adventure. The crew was fantastic. They were fun, efficient, and friendly. There is an open bar on board for the guests if you wish. We had some great mocktails. This is a large catamaran that can easily hold up to 40 guests. The cruise included two snorkeling locations including Carlyle Bay. The ladder in the middle of the boat made it easy to get Ian and out of the water. There was also a guide in the water to point out things and help with the snorkeling. Dinner is included on the cruise. It was delicious, salads, rolls, baked chicken, veggie lasagna, flying fish. It was delicious. To top off the night we sat on the top of the Catamaran and watched the sun go down over the ocean. Then on our way into the Bridgetown it was magical. The lights came on in the city, the water sounds, the air, it felt like you were on a magic carpet. And with all that the crew provided great music for entertainment throughout the whole experience. This is definitely worth the cost, and a must do excursion for a really special night.

  Though the clouds didn't cooperate for a sunset, it was a fun afternoon! The food was excellent (best I've had on this type of outing!) and the fun crew and their service was top notch. Can Marc please bring me rum and cokes for the rest of my vacation?!?! LOL Highly recommend this trip.

  Cruise was nice. Sunset was amazing. Food was good. A couple passengers had too much to drink and starting to fight. Crew did break it up quickly.

  This was one of our most wonderful excursions ! The crew was awesome ! The turtles and fish were many. The breathtaking view of the sunset was spectacular ! This one we will remember for a very long time.
