Our team of ASI certified guides is dedicated to ensuring your safety and enhancing your overall experience. Our journey begins with a brief orientation at Gnejna Bay, where we'll introduce you to SUP gear and basic paddling techniques. As we glide along the breathtaking west coast, we'll guide you to the enchanting Ta Marija cave, with a stop at a secluded bay for snorkeling, swimming, or relaxation.
Our exploration continues to Marija cave, where we'll uncover its natural wonders. The climax of our adventure awaits as we bask in the magic of a Maltese sunset during the golden hours.

What To Expect
We will meet in Gnejna bay slipway. The slipway is located on the right side of the bay. Our journey begins with a comprehensive briefing on SUP (stand-up paddleboarding) techniques to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. We provide all necessary SUP gear, including a SUP board, life vest, leash, and paddle. From there, we'll set off towards the mesmerizing Ta’ Marija caves. Along the way, we'll take a short break at a serene hidden bay, where you can snorkel and unwind. Continuing our adventure, we'll paddle to the stunning cave entrance, allowing for some memorable photo opportunities inside. On our return journey, near the shoreline, we'll pause to relax on the boards and witness the breathtaking beauty of a Maltese sunset.

5.00We had a great three hours paddle boarding with Tibor. The swell was due to pick up we discussed options and he took us a bit earlier. We visited a sea cave, did some snorkelling and experienced different levels of swell. It was great fun. I am a beginner and my friend is more experienced but we both enjoyed it equally. It meant that we had to enjoy the sunset from dry land but, on Tibor’s advice, a short hike allowed us to watch it start from high up on the spur and then be down enjoying a beer and pizza in the neighbouring bay by the time the sun had disappeared. A perfect day despite the weather not quite playing ball!

5.00Had to reorganise the trip due to weather so did trip around Manoel island instead. This was nice with views of spectacular boats in the marina plus great views of Valetta as we paddled around. Tibor was a great host and instructor and had re arranged this trip just for the 2 of us - he could have easily cancelled so we appreciated him taking us out.

5.00Timor was lovely and friendly. When the weather forecast windy weather, he was safety focused. Timor changed the location of the trip to ensure we still got a great experience. Me and my teenage and adult son were complete beginners; after a brief lesson on the basics we took to the water. Timor lead us around Manoel Island, taking time to explain features of the island. After completing the trip I feel more confident to explore SUP back home. Thanks Timor for a wonderful trip.

5.00It was so calming and beautiful to watch the sunset, the caves and nature in general while paddling. Even as a beginner, this was a unique and special experience - I did most of the paddling sitting, and I would definitely go again! Also, Tibor is such a kind and professional guide — and very sweet to take a lot of photos and videos. 10/10 🌞

5.00I got this tour for my dad and I and we had a ball of a time! We started off by getting some instructions by Tibor and made our way into the sea. The paddling was much easier than I thought, I expected to struggle and get tired quickly which wasnt the case. We explored some caves, stopped by a beautiful secret spot to snorkel and watched the sunset on our way back. It was one of a kind experience! Tibor (the instructor & guide) was amazing and made the whole experience super fun and meaningful ❤️❤️ Worth the money! Definitely gonna do more tours with him 🙌🏼

5.00If you are thinking about booking, please do! We had the most amazing time. Tibor was welcoming and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole afternoon. It was such a memorable experience to SUP during sunset and to Ta Marija cave. We even got to do a bit of snorkelling. Tibor also takes photos for you so you can be present and have some technology free time. Will be recommending to anyone feeling adventurous! Side note… if you get seasick, consider travel sickness medication beforehand ;)

5.00By far the highlight of our Malta trip! It was our first time paddle boarding so we were a bit nervous but Tibor was so helpful, kind and encouraging. He took us to some of his favourite spots, the water was so clear and beautiful and there were hardly any other people around. The caves were amazing and we saw the most incredible sunset which was a bonus. Tibor took some lovely photos too! Highly recommend for anyone adventurous visiting Malta 🤙
