Taught by a passionate friendly chef, together we will prepare hand made Fettuccine, a tomato sauce inspired by Dolce & Gabbana, as well as gelato, using fresh seasonal ingredients and tools that many already have in their kitchen.

Class includes appetizers, fantastic wine/beer, water and soft drinks. And of course you will eat everything you prepare!

The lesson is for all ages and anyone from beginner to seasoned cook. You will take home your new knowledge and impress your guests with pasta made from scratch and delight them with your home-made gelato.. You don't have to tell them how easy it is!

We just did this experience for the 3rd time as a family and this time we brought friends who absolutely loved it too. Carla and Luca were so much fun and helped us assemble the most delicious 3 course meal. I would recommend this experience over and over again!

This experience was amazing. Carla and Luca were awesome. There were 8 of us (2 families) and we had the best time. Everyone participated and enjoyed all aspects of the experience. The pasta and sauce were delicious. The appetizer with ham and montasio cheese with all the olive oil choices was scrumptious. The gelato at the end was the icing on the cake. And you can never have to much wine or prosecco in my case. I would highly recommend this experience.

This was an amazing experience, and to be able to cook and learn from a beautiful chef and the owner. The history behind gelato and pasta from ingredients to actually making was so interesting and a true labor of love. When you hear the passion from the chefs you know the traditions and culture is what makes you want to cook more. This was Perfecto! Carlo was amazing!! He was really patient and funny and taught us about every step of the process and how we could apply this at home to our cooking! Carlo was a doll! Very informative yet friendly, personable, and just played fun! We need strawberry sorbet, homemade fettuccine, and tomato sauce. I would suggest hand rolling the pasta. It’s so much better than using the machine as it’s simple and less clean up.

This was a great experience! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary & this was a very intimate way to do it! Our chef, Massimo, was absolutely great! He made this experience worth it! It was the first time for my husband to take a cooking class and he was not disappointed. If you're looking for an exciting & fun experience, making pasta & gelato as the locals, would definitely recommend this class!
