What To Expect
IMPORTANT NOTE: Pick-up times are scheduled according to the daily tide conditions. Once your booking is confirmed, we will contact you to provide the exact pick-up time. DURATION: 2:30 minutes DESCRIPTION: This tour is for beginners who want to learn the skills needed to start surfing. DURING THE TOUR OUR GUESTS WILL LEARN: • How to paddle and take control of the surfboard • How to ride the green part of the wave • How to catch unbroken waves on their own TOUR INCLUDES: • Round-trip boat transportation (pick up at the main beach of your hotel) • Surf Guide / Coaching • Water Bottles & Gatorade • Fruits • Boards and rash guards REQUIREMENTS: (Depending on the wave conditions) • Minimum 2 persons surfing • Maximum 4 guests per instructor • No minimum age for this tour • Kids under 15 years must be accompanied by their parents

5.00We loved our small group surf lessons with Soma and Eduardo. They took 4 of us on a boat directly from our hotel’s beach to a beach with great beginner waves to learn (none of us had experience prior.) He taught us the basics then got us into the waves. It was a 2.5 hour experience in total, and about 1.5-2 hours of it was instruction on the beach and surfing in the water so we got a lot of practice. We were surprised to be able to find good waves in Papagayo area but this was perfect. Soma knew where to take us! And they were kind enough to get pictures of us while we surfed. A great morning adventure!
