A lost day in Seoul. The guide suggested to take a tourist train tour on the outside of the wall of the fort I paid for, so we would visit the palace that was free entry and worth it, meeting point in the market that has no offer nor tourist level to stop for so long. I would have given time to visit the fort, the palace and a short walk in the market, always accompanied by the guide and so would be an accompanied tour. Then they sell the visit to the startfield library which is not the original in gangnam District but rather in a suburban shopping mall where we have lunch. A historic tour with lunch in a department store fast food, I've never seen. I consider Marketing misleading. And we went to some caves that do not deserve a visit, without any information in English and a cave decorated with fantasialand. A lost day.

If you're on a tight schedule and looking to make the most of your time in South Korea, this is an amazing one day tour to learn about South Korea's heritage, shop a little, and several opportunities to take memorable pictures. Our tour guide, Steven, was an excellent host and was very considerate, punctual, professional, and friendly. He was especially helpful at the UNESCO heritage site and Gwangmyeong cave, not only briefly educating us but taking the time to take pictures for our group. Something I did not expect and was very pleased with, especially with some of the great creative pictures he took for us. Speaking of pictures, if you're primary interest is taking stunning beautiful pictures, then this tour is for you. You'll visit several places, so you will have a variety of natural and city sceneries to create the perfect backdrop for your next eye catching photo for family, friends, or social media. The Starfield Mall's Library itself has seemingly infinite possibilities for your ideal photo since it spans several floors, allowing you to try out several different composition options. You will be given ample time to explore the site and take photos, but you'll still be on a tight schedule. Steven will also give you some great recommendations about interesting spots you may like to see and take photos at. Since I was doing this trip blind, I appreciated his recommendations. At the end of our trip, we were dropped off at Myeong-dong which I was able to explore. I would consider this a benefit if you're looking to explore the street market and wide variety of shops in the area as the sun sets. Overall, this is an amazing one day trip that I believe was fully worth it. Even if you have no prior knowledge like me, this was a memorable tour experience that can be done by yourself or with a small group. There's lots to see on this tour, so, take in the sights and don't forget to take photos.

Fantastic trip with Steven and our bus driver was a very good driver. Also bus very clean and comfortable. First stop Suwon Fortress .. Steve gave detailed overview and plenty of time to then wander around on your own. Next stop Namaden Market… just enough time to wander, pick up some souvenirs and some cookies. Steven surprised us with traditional Korean treats. Next stop was Starfield Shopping Mall to see the iconic Starfield Library. We sat and enjoyed the space before going to lunch @ Chai797 which was delicious. A bit more shopping before getting back on the bus at 2.30. We had peaceful music on the drive so we could rest before our final stop at Gwangmyeong Cave. The cave is an old mine repurposed as a theme cave. We enjoyed the lights and the short show. Steven also throughout the day took many photos of us which was a special bonus as we didn’t expect that. All in all a wonderful day out, great places to see and well worth the cost. We did get lost finding the meeting place so our tip would be to check where it is the day before if possible. Steven was excellent at communicating with us so we were able to board the bus. Your kindness is much appreciated!
