If you book the fast train / bullet train option, you will enjoy an exciting 30-minute train ride to Suzhou. On the way, spend few mins to discuss with the guide for a tailor-made itinerary. As exclusive private tour, your itinerary is fully flexible and can be 100% customized around you. Following is the sample itinerary and you are welcome to tell your guide if need make adjustment during the tour.
Humble Administrator's Garden
Upon arrival, visit one of the top four famous gardens in China-the Humble Administrator’s garden ,listed in the UNESCO World Heritage, immerse yourself in the charming and elegance of the ancient Chinese garden designed with the unique Taihu rockeries, delicate pavilions, ponds , beautiful flowers, lush greens ,150 Bonsais while learning the interesting history, culture, custom from your guide. If you prefer a more intimate garden, you could substitute to the other garden such as Master of Nets Garden, Lingering Garden, Lion Forest Garden etc.

5.00we didn't realize Suzhou had such a deep history, so thanks to Roy for being a great guide, explaining about the gardens, the canals, the tiger hill and leaning pagoda, and a great lunch with local cuisine. unfortunately due to weather we couldn't do the boat ride, but everything else went smoothly, from the timely pickup at the hotel, the train ride and Suzhou private car.

5.00Annie was a good guide! She told us the significant parts of Suzhou. We learned a lot from her. She took care of us very well for the train rides making sure that we were safe and that we got on and off the train at the correct stops. The only thing is the big rush as it was a public holiday. We could have gotten a bit more time at Suzhou if not for having to literally run at the last parts.

5.00Fantastic day trip with my sister from Shanghai to Suzhou by bullet train with Melinda. Both e mail and phone call communication was excellent. Melinda shared a lot of fascinating history. We enjoyed the small garden we visited, walking along the canals, and a boat ride. Learned a lot more than we would have if we had gone alone, and it was stress free for first time visitors. Only minor negative is that it should be all inclusive, including lunch and any entry tickets, for the price. Highly recommended - an excellent tour company!

5.00They will pick you up at your hotel and drop you off at the end, so you don't have to worry about anything. It's a bullet train ride, so you can use your time effectively, and it'll meet a variety of requests. The explanations are meticulous and are sure to make for a great tour.

5.00I had an absolutely wonderful and memorable tour of Suzhou with Melinda as our guide. She was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and full of knowledge, sharing fascinating insights about the city’s history, culture, and daily life throughout the day. Everything was so well planned and organized from start to finish, Sunny was prompt at responding to all our queries and she made sure we were always comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Melinda guided us through all the key highlights, including the beautiful Administrator’s Garden, relaxing canal walks, and a scenic canal cruise. She even helped arrange our bullet train tickets, making the entire experience completely stress-free. On top of that, she gave fantastic shopping tips and helped us find great local products and souvenirs without feeling rushed. The drivers were also great company, professional, and very friendly, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. It truly felt like we were exploring the city with friends rather than on a typical tour. Highly recommend Melinda and this tour — we absolutely loved it!
