What To Expect

This exciting 6- to 7-hour tour in a panga boat will give you the opportunity to witness incredible marine species and spectacular rock formations in the stunning Espiritu Santo Archipelago. One of the highlights of the tour is swimming and interacting with sea lions, an activity available all year round, except during its breeding season from June to August. In that period, although swimming is not allowed, you will still have the unique opportunity to observe these playful creatures in their natural habitat. Your safety and the wellbeing of wildlife are the highest priority. Expert guides will accompany you through each step, sharing fascinating ecological and scientific knowledge about each species you encounter. Join us on this enriching journey that combines fun, learning and the beauty of nature. From June 1 to August 31, swimming with sea lions is prohibited due to the breeding season and National Park rule. However, sea lions can be observed from the vessel and snorkelling is done on a reef elsewhere on the island.

Just spectacular! I would rate this tour more than 5 stars if possible. If you’re looking for someone to give you total confidence underwater, Paul is the one. It is extremely pleasant, explains every technical and biological detail with passion, and most importantly: it takes care of you at all times. The dives were fabulous!! Besides, I was speechless with the number and variety of fish. The reefs are full of life. Diving alongside sea lions was a magical experience, they are very curious!!! I recommend this tour in closed eyes! and will definitely be back.

With intrepid trips I made the excursions to Isla Spirito santo and the whale shark. Both experiences delivered as promised, well organized, and with expert guides providing information and security. We were fascinated to meet and share with sea lions, it was an unforgettable tour.

I will never forget the experience of swimming with sea lions; it was something unique. In addition, we were lucky enough to see dolphins and whales, and closed with a golden clasp visiting the spectacular beach of Balandra. Thank you so much to Julio and Montse for being amazing guides and Captain Jesus for taking us safely. An impeccable tour that I recommend to everyone!

The best experience!! We swam with the sea lions, we took a boat ride, we were given delicious snacks and refreshments, and Paul the best guide, took us videos at sea, explained us in detail and answered all our doubts. Let's go back!!

One of the best experiences of my life!! Entering the water and swimming with sea lions and getting to know the island was a privilege and a lot of fun. They offer food after swimming and it was delicious, we had excellent service from the captain and the guide Paul who is also an expert marine biologist and answers many questions about the sea!
