1.00This was a horrible experience. My phone died so I was limited in communication. When I booked "SXM Highlights: Beaches, Bites & Beautiful Views" I sent a chat asking the tour operator to respond via chat as I did not have access to my Viator account or email. The tour operator NEVER responded. Yolanda at the hotel was gracious enough to call them. No answer. Then texted which began our conversation. I have receipts. They claimed I had not booked a tour. I asked if we could chat so I could copy and paste what I booked. They said yes then NEVER responded. I texted agin to NO response. The tour operator NEVER confirmed pickup for the next day and NEVER picked me up. I did NOT receive the services I paid for and Viator is refusing to refund me. This is very disappointing as I've had success with Viator in the past and refused to use them on a recent trip as a result. This was my birthday trip so I am BEYOND disappointed that the tour did not happen AND that I haven't received a refund.

5.00They will bend to whatever schedule you want. We were picked up at airport and went around the whole island road...you take in highlights to get a review of the island just to see what areas you may want to scope out on your own. David was great and informative. We loved being able to chat and learn about history, culture and the island quirks.

4.00This is really 3.5 stars. We loved our tour guide. He was kind and funny. What we didn't expect is to pay for his lunch!! I did ask him when we were at the restaurant why he wasn't eating. He didn't say anything and joined us at the table. Which was good but he didn't even OFFER to pay for his lunch, just assumed since I asked him about not eating. His meal wasn't cheap either. Twice what ours was for 2. As far as the restaurant, we told him we'd already been and would love to hit another place. Maybe that's why we paid for his meal!

5.00Must book experience in SxM! David was an amazing tour guide and made our day with lots of local unique experiences. Bird feeding, iguanas feeding, awesome beaches and wrapped up with a local authentic meal. Can’t wait to do it again in the future!

5.00We stayed at the Sonesta Ocean Resort. Beautiful resort and friendly staff. Eddie at the Sunset Rooftop Bar was awesome. Eddie entertained the guests and made sure our group had everything we needed. We would come back and stay here again. A wonderful trip.
