5.00Absolute fantastic tour of everything from the harbour. Very relaxing and informative. The premium package which includes a drink and cheese plate is very good value and the perfect thing to enjoy while enjoying the view.

3.00Viator app is poor wouldn’t deliver tickets through the app. Had to get tickets through the vendor at the wharf. Cruise was cut short due to late arrival

3.00Food wasn't like the photos in the app. The ship is quite good, however no shade upstairs and little seating which is very disappointing and no commentary unless you use your phone.

3.00Staff very unhelpful when boarding We had no idea where to sit nor did we and others realise that there were allocated seats according to how much one paid This is not made clear at all when booking . We felt very embarrassed and humiliated Staff were unhelpful indeed

2.00Pretty poor experience. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Boat left late and returned early. Felt short-changed. Didn’t complete the route. No option to get a drink. Don’t waste your money on this - get the Manly ferry which is cheaper and does a better job.
