We get you to the harbor faster than any other boat, you have around 4 hours to experience the town without the rush. ❤️ The Amphitheater of Color As we glide into the harbor of Gialos, have your camera ready. You will see rows of pastel-colored mansions rising up the hillside. This is one of the best-preserved neoclassical towns in Europe and a protected architectural site. ❤️ The Heart of the Sponge Trade Symi was once the world center for deep-sea sponge diving. Use your extra time to visit the traditional sponge workshops along the waterfront. Meet the local experts who still use traditional methods to clean and prepare authentic sea sponges—the perfect natural souvenir. ❤️ Gastronomy & The Famous Symi Shrimp Four hours is plenty of time for a long, relaxed Greek lunch. We recommend finding a table at a waterfront taverna to try "Simiako Garidaki" (Symi Shrimp). These tiny, flavorful shrimp are unique to this island’s waters and are traditionally served fried and eaten whole.

5.00We booked with Viator but dealt directly with Half Price Tours from then on. From the start, Half price Tours kept us up to date with our arrangements for our trip to Symi island with regular information on timings and pick up details. Our driver, Stelios, was amazing. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and polite. He was very prompt and was where he said he would be after we got off the boat. At The Half Price Tours office in the town, the staff was friendly, polite and helpful as they explained about the trip. Symi island was stunning and unique. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and it went off without a hitch.

5.00Fantastic service, very good communication about where we'd get picked up the day before trip. Lovely friendly driver collected us on time as promised. On return he was waiting for us to get off the boat. Such a pleasant experience, hassle free. I will be booking with them on every visit.

4.00Symi Island to beautiful, lovely shops, places to eat and gorgeous scenery. The boat trip to the island however is actually 90 minutes and NOT 60. You do not get 4 hours on the Island, 3 and a half hours Not a problem if you know in advance but when you expect fast boat 60 mins it is a lot longer. Still is worth the visit and recommend a sponge from the original home of the divers that made a living from them. Great historic photos of what it was like. Takis leather shop is amazing for handbags and you can get a unique hand made one from the owner himself. Who is a Guinness World record holder go visit next to the waterfront.

5.00About breathtaking island! Stunning views! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Lots of shops, restaurants and gorgeous views along points to take pictures and relax. Beach area. Speed boat booked on get your guide and took 1hr 30mins. 5 hrs free time to explore. Well worth it.
