This day trip is guaranteed to make your stay in the island unforgettable. This tour has adrenaline and adventure, history and archeology, beautiful scenery and beaches. The drive to Arecibo is About an hour and it is beautiful from start to finish. We arrive and begin our hike to the cave of the Taino. Bring good shoes as the hike is quite rocky. The entrance to the cave is not for claustrophobic people. it is bit challenging but with our careful instructions you will be able to get inside (barring any physical conditions that hinder you). The cave is other worldly. You get transported to the past as you see the over 100 carvings in the stone that are hundreds, maybe thousands, of years old. After we exit the cave we will hike through the famous 7 arches of Arecibo. The arches are natural rock formations which can be appreciated in pictures, but only in person will you realize how beautiful it all really is. Last we visit a non-touristy beach that is amazing!

Cueva Del Indio
Get ready for the most unique experience in your life! First we meet up in Condado. From there you ride with us. The drive is about an hour and takes us to the heart of Arecibo. Arecibo is one of the cities with the richest historical legacies in all of Puerto Rico. The drive itself is very beautiful, but our first destination is absolutely breathtaking. When we get there we will do a short hike (wear good sneakers) to the mouth of the cave! Keep your cameras handy because the views are out of this world. The cave of the Taino Indian is a small cave system that is a historical and archeological wonderland! This cave is literally covered in Taino stone carvings. It is breathtaking and the scenery even more so! After we exit the cave, we make our way to the 7 arches to take in the amazing views. After another short hike back to the car, we head out to a beautiful beach in Arecibo as well. This tour will give you a taste of the Caribbean lifestyle/history/culture.

I couldn’t of been more pleased with our tour guide. His name was Edgar Joel. If it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t have went into the cave and I’m so glad I did!! He encouraged me and pushed me to get in the entrance of the cave and coached me through each step making sure I was safe and made the right moves. There were also a few people who wanted to get in the cave, but didn’t have tour guides and he was so kind and went out of his way to make sure that they all stayed safe too. Out of all the vacations I’ve done and the different tour guide guides I’ve met over the years, he has been my favorite so far. If I were you, I would request him. He did say there was two Edgar‘s so make sure you ask for the right one. If you’re not comfortable getting inside the cave it’s still a gorgeous view!!! And you can go to the beach also. :)

The tour with Edward was really great, I had a wonderful day and learned a lot about the island’s history! Edward is an excellent guide who is truly passionate about Puerto Rico and its history, and he’s a wealth of knowledge. The hike through the cave was a really beautiful experience and we had lunch at a delicious restaurant. The time at the beach was also very enjoyable. I highly recommend this excursion it was amazing !

Amazing tour, I would absolutely recommend it! The view of the 7 arches was breathtaking and the indian cave is a gem. You need to be physically fit to get inside, but Fabiola guided me calmly through this with very clear instructions. You learn a lot about the area and the trip was so much fun. On the way you also get to try some great Puerto Rican cuisine.

Booked with this company twice and both times went above expectations. This time we went through a hike and explored caves, finishing off at the beach. Edward was our main guide and Kenyon was assisting. Once again shout out to this company for hiring such down to earth and fun to be around “entertainers” as Edward put it. Edward and Kenyon made going through such small caves look easy and helped us get through it safely, even being kind enough to help other tourists that weren't with our group when they needed it. The place Edward took us to eat was insanely delicious and cheap as well. This company is phenomenal, Edward, Kenyon, John, Airam, you guys are all super cool people keep doing what you’re doing and shout out to whoever brought them on the team.

Had an awesome day with Sean! The hike and the cave were amazing to see - absolutely beautiful landscape and insight into the local history. The arches and the crashing of waves was stunning and gorgeous. Up there with the most beautiful sights I've ever seen. Some of us on the group were not confident with the cave entrance, but Sean was patient with us all and even took our cameras down for a visual tour even though we didnt make it through the entrance ourselves. Lots of people did make it through just fine with the tips and instructions. We learned about the history of the Tiano (Arawak) people, he pointed out the local flora and fauna, and shared some additional tips on things our group had interest in. The waves at the original planned beach location were choppy, so he gave us the option and brought us to the Vega Baja beach, which was awesome and chill and had a beautiful lagoon and rock formations you could see the waves crash over and create waterfalls. Could have happilly stayed there all day, even though it was raining on and off. Then, we went to an excellent barbecue spot where I may have had the best ribs of my life. The whole day took longer than expected, but was definitely worth it. The whole time was relaxed and delightful.
