please write down the name of your hotel and let me know the luggage as well of course the sending date and time must tell me, it's the most important. the driver will pick you up from hotel, will let you know the driver and vehicle no. then go to Taoyuan airport directly about 1 hour, it depends on where you stay, our driver all experienced, nice, good driving skill, so you just relax your mind and deliver to the airport safely.

Travelers should be aware that this company will not greet you at baggage claim with a sign and your name. They will text you via WhatsApp and will ask you to go to a pickup point in the airport. This was annoying. When you get off a multi-hour international flight and pay for a hotel transport, the last thing you want to do is figure out where to go in a new airport. If you are looking for white glove service, you should not purchase this transportation. The driver that we had was incredibly rude and unsettling. As we are waiting for him by the curb, he gets out and looks at us and our baggage and proceeds to scold us for having too much baggage. We are completely puzzled. We are a family of four arriving from another country. We have three large size suitcases, one full carry-on, one half-size (in thickness) carry-on on (for our emergency stuff in case our bags get lost), and four backpacks. This should be pretty normal. He says that we should've told the company how many bags we have. I told him I gave Viator all the information necessary for the booking. I showed him my Viator booking details and it said we had four people, and one suitcase and one personal item per person. While we did have one extra one half size carry-on beyond what I told Viator, we could have put it in one of our larger suitcases if space in the van was an issue, but it was not. He then takes our picture of us standing on the curb without asking my permission first. He texts the picture to the Whatsapp communication thread between myself, and his company to presumably show his dispatcher that we had too much luggage. The picture, however, does not even show the number of pieces of luggage but shows us standing on the curb with some of the luggage. I then proceeded to argue with him and told him there was no problem here, because everything fits in the van. He then says that there are rules to follow, but he will do take us to the hotel, and that won't cancel he trip. He says this in a tone that suggests that I should be grateful to him. During the ride to the hotel, I then hear him call his dispatcher (or someone). He then tells the dispatcher that we had "six" bags and that he wanted to be paid accordingly. As I am listening to this, I say out loud "we have five bags, not six". He did not correct himself on the call. He then says to me that when we book our return to the airport, that we need to tell his company that we need a nine-person van and that the six-person van is not sufficient. I told him there is absolutely no way I'm booking with his company or Viator for the return trip to the airport, and that I will go through the hotel to get my return ride to the airport. This was the worst airport transfer I've ever purchased. While I understand that there may be many drivers for these companies, and the driver we had may be one bad apple, there is still a chance that he might be assigned to your trip. For this reason and the lack of white glove service, I would not recommend purchasing this service if you are looking for a ride to or from your hotel in Singapore.
