  The driver was punctual and dropped us off at our destination without any problems. Price of $38 extra so rhat car could accommodate 4 pieces of luggage and driver would meet us at cruise terminal was not wartendes. $230 for 45 min. Ride or less seems excessive.

  I will not be booking a pick up again. Although we paid to be picked up at a cruise terminal, we ended up taking a taxi to the hotel. It cost us $120.00.

  This reservation was for my aunt and her three friends, all seniors. When I booked, I clearly stated in both English and Japanese that the signage should display my aunt’s name, not mine. I even double-checked this request via email and confirmed it again through WhatsApp. However, when the driver arrived, they were holding a sign with my name, causing my aunt and her friends to wait outside the pier for nearly an hour. Aside from this issue, the overall experience was good, but I wish the communication had been better

  Worse transport ever. I paid for an English speaking driver who was suppose to meet us fully dressed up and with a sign. What I got was a younger individual dressed in street clothes who spoke chinese only and instead of a sign he communicated via text and pictures and still even with those he questioned if I was his pick up once he found us. We waited for him in the 90 degree weather for more than an hour. He was on his phone the entire time which made trying to communicate with him even more difficult. My child needed to use the bathroom and due to language barrier by time he found a place to stop she got out of the car to go to the bathroom and had an accident (outside the car) he charged us 60,000 yen to clean his car. He refused to take us to our drop off until we paid. I contacted the company with the complaint and got no compensation. I will never use this company again. He saw Americans and took full advantage of that.

  The driver was on site early and found us in the crowd. We were amazed with her efficiency. The trip to our destination was happily uneventful. She did not speak English, but we were able to communicate with the translator program on the phone. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again. 😉👍

  Excellent communication. Driver was timely and communicated effectively via WhatsApp. It was a blessing not to have to stand on the long taxi line after our cruise debarkation at Yokohama Cruise Terminal. Great service!

  Our driver was on time but did not access to port drop off area. Car was clean and tidy. Unfortunately we had a little difficulty with communication. We got there in the end.
