For these locations, you must pass through security and immigration prior to gaining access to the lounge; an on-going boarding pass MUST be presented by all passengers before entering any of the lounges

Operation hours: Zone A, Internatinal Departures, T2: 05:00 - 23:00 daily Zone AI, International Departures, T2: 07:00 - 15:00 daily(Temporarily Closed) Zone C, International Departures, T1: 05:00 - 21:00 daily Zone D, International Departures, T1: 24 hours daily(Temporarily Closed) Choose one of the three access options — three, six or 12 hours — when you book your Plaza Premium Lounge pass. Then, when you arrive at Taipei Taoyuan International Airport, simply make your way to any one of the three lounges and escape the bustle of the concourse. Show your pass to enter, and make the most of the comfort and amenities on offer in the elegant, club-like space, that’s open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Sit back in the inviting lounge seats, and enjoy use of the complimentary facilities. Savor the hot and cold buffets, refresh with a hot shower, make use of the Wi-Fi connection — there’s plenty to keep you busy or ensure you enjoy some battery-recharging downtime. 2.00Not worth the money. Terminal 1: no private rooms existant, Terminal 2: private rooms not available 'cause lounge under construction. Terminal 1: food was nothing special, not good looking, boring. Comfortable seats were "booked", what means only available for business travellers. No other comfortable seats, only 'normal' chairs, small space for many people approaching. Staff ok. Wouldn't go there a second time.

4.00Our experience was great! It was unlimited food and drinks. Even alcohol, there were showers, rest areas, outlets, they even provided toiletries and towels for showering. There were near by massage chairs. It was a nice ending to a long layover.

4.00TOO BUSY. We had to pay extra for a VIP seating area to find a place to sit all together but otherwise comfortable. They ran out of beverages which kind of made no sense for being a 24-hour airport lounge. Everyone enjoyed most of the foods, and were able to get alcohol or other beverages. It was kind of hard to find, but the one we went to was up some pretty stairs.

4.00A quiet place to unwind after a 13 hrs trip with food and various drinks to revive you. The staff were helpful and plentiful to service any need you may have. The showers were clean and the water was hot. It’s just what you need as a stop over. Well done!!
