For these locations, you must pass through security and immigration prior to gaining access to the lounge; an on-going boarding pass MUST be presented by all passengers before entering any of the lounges

Operation hours: Zone A, Internatinal Departures, T2: 05:00 - 23:00 daily Zone AI, International Departures, T2: 07:00 - 15:00 daily(Temporarily Closed) Zone C, International Departures, T1: 05:00 - 21:00 daily Zone D, International Departures, T1: 24 hours daily(Temporarily Closed) Choose one of the three access options — three, six or 12 hours — when you book your Plaza Premium Lounge pass. Then, when you arrive at Taipei Taoyuan International Airport, simply make your way to any one of the three lounges and escape the bustle of the concourse. Show your pass to enter, and make the most of the comfort and amenities on offer in the elegant, club-like space, that’s open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Sit back in the inviting lounge seats, and enjoy use of the complimentary facilities. Savor the hot and cold buffets, refresh with a hot shower, make use of the Wi-Fi connection — there’s plenty to keep you busy or ensure you enjoy some battery-recharging downtime. 1.00Dirty and smells moldy. While eating I saw tiny roaches crawling on the couch. I don’t believe it is worth the price. Toilets are too tight

4.00A quiet place to unwind after a 13 hrs trip with food and various drinks to revive you. The staff were helpful and plentiful to service any need you may have. The showers were clean and the water was hot. It’s just what you need as a stop over. Well done!!
Hot shower, crowded but great food

3.00Primarily needed a shower after a long flight so it served its purpose. I believe there were 4 shower rooms but one was closed for maintenance. It’s first come first serve and you get the towels at the front desk. Note that it’s usually not cleaned between uses so treat it like a gym shower. I brought some disposable slippers with me. They had shampoo and shower gel along with some shaving kits. Water pressure and hot water was good. The lounge was really crowded which was not a surprise but the food was actually wonderful. Everything I tasted especially the made to order beef noodle soup was incredible. I also had the best hash brown I’ve ever had at the lounge. Overall, a decent place to get a shower and food. Just manage your expectations.

4.00Limited food selection but if you needed a bit of a privacy then this is the best place. I guess you can find better food choices in the food court for the price you pay for the lounge. Shower rooms are clean and they have a spacious nursing room. We stayed in the lounge for 6 hrs. The staff can be more friendlier, i mean those bus ladies, they dont even smile when asked.

2.00Unfortunately, the lounge was far too cold, downright icy for our sense. It could easily have tolerated 10 degrees more (and I'm not a fan of warm rooms!) and it would have been fine at least. Furthermore, the carpet in our area was unfortunately not clean and an armchair so torn that you should change it. But none of this matters if the cabin weren't an igloo. The buffet was not a highlight but ok, local food. Toilets were clean Check in with Tripadviser code was too initially not possible, The code was then photocopied.... All in all, the price-performance ratio was not right for us. 180€ for 6hours(3people)
