  Easy to book. Only 2-2.5 miles from the Old town. Bit of difficulty finding the driver whom I had to ring. Transpired driver was waiting on WhatsApp call to state we were in arrivals as they were parked downstairs to prevent being charged extra by the airport. Fortunately managed to get free WiFi at airport so allowed contact. However the driver was very helpful and polite. Other options are available with Bolt and others.

  Pre-booked and paid in full for an airport pick up and transfer to hotel. Driver was not there on arrival. Tried to telephone company but went to voicemail. Waited an hour and ended up taking a taxi, which was right outside and much cheaper. Contacted Viator for a full refund. They insisted that the company driver was there and had WhatsApp and phoned me, but received no response. It turns out he was messaging the wrong telephone number. They still refused me a refund. So even though they failed me they still kept my money.

  I never ended up taking the ride and there are two sides to this story, but I'll tell mine. I arrive near midnight, maybe 15-20m late. While I'd received a text from the overall service it had no real information (e.g., where to go to find the driver) other than the driver's cellphone and that he's driving a, uh, Chevy Impala. So I get off the plane, go outside, don't see anyone. I text the driver, "where are you?" I wait, not a long time, because it's midnight, it's raining, and there are a ton of nice (e.g., RAV4) taxis waiting in front of me. I figure, this is some service I've never used, the service hasn't told me where to go, and the driver didn't text me, saying "go here when you come out." I figure either they guy is here and should "on it" when I text him, or he's not and I should go. Since I've never used the service before and had no communication from the actual driver, I decide to take a cab. He'd had maybe 3 mins to respond to my text and in the absence of other comms, I leave. I text him saying I'm gone. A few minutes later he discovers how to reply to a text message, telling me, I was there, I waited N minutes, I did blah, and I called you. I wonder why I never received a call and then realize that since it was midnight my phone had kicked automatically into DND mode. But all he had to do was RESPOND TO MY TEXT. I didn't ask to be called. When I text, "where are you?" you should TEXT back. Not call, or if you call and you don't get through then you immediately text. I told him it was my intent that he get paid (because I didn't expect a refund after a half hearted effort to find him) anyway and that he should stop arguing with me. The real problems here: (1) the service doesn't need to exist, Tallinn had plenty of great cabs for 1/3rd the price of this service and (2) if you're going to charge 3x the market price for a ride, do it right -- don't use a Chevy Impala, and do text people instructions so they know what to do when arriving. And reply (via the communications channely they used) when they text you. And ps: Americans generally don't use WhatsApp so if you see a +1 in front of a phone number, don't rely on the person knowing/having WhatsApp.

  Good pick up in a nice Mercedes. Excellent communication and driving. We landed early and they were already there
