Unfortunately, the tour guide did not show up at the meeting point, and there was no communication before, during, or after the scheduled start time. This was particularly difficult given the conditions—it was approximately 10 degrees outside—and we waited without any updates or guidance. I sent multiple messages attempting to reach the guide and, as of now, have still received no response. With very limited time in Tallinn, a mid-day tour is a significant commitment and disruption when it does not take place. Losing several hours in the middle of the day greatly impacted our itinerary and overall experience in the city. What is especially concerning is that after this occurred, I noticed a recent review from just days prior describing the same issue with this guide also failing to show up. This suggests a pattern rather than an isolated incident. While I understand that unexpected situations can arise, a complete lack of communication and follow-up is unacceptable—particularly in extreme weather and when travelers are relying on pre-booked experiences in a short visit. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve accountability and communication so future travelers do not experience the same disappointment.

Already reported these people. It's a scam. We (all of us) were waiting for their tour in cold but guide never showed up. Not even responded to any calls or messages.

Really horrible. Tour guide never showed up. We called and texted the company and no one ever responded to any of us. A wasted full day waiting for this tour... extremely disappointed!!!

We enjoyed the 3hr tour which was just nice. Paul is super knowledgeable and explained clearly how history influence the culture and how culture influence food. It was very well-paced and we had time to drink and eat. There were also alcoholic drinks included. Good mix of food and drinks and also to bring us around the area. Recommend everyone to do it on the first day so that you know where to walk and where to have your meals for the best experience. Highly recommended!

Paul was a really good host, full of information about the food and about Tallinn and Estonia, and he was very personable too. We enjoyed several great food and drink tastings, and in some lovely interesting locations too. Would recommend.

My wife and I loved this food tour of Tallinn. It really gave a great overview of Tallinn's food and culture. And our guide was fantastic!

Paul was fantastic. He shared a lot about Estonian food, culture, and history. The tour was a great way to try different places and foods that I wouldn’t have otherwise known about. I suggest not eating beforehand, as there is quite a lot of food to try on the tour!

Paul gave us (only two on the tour) a great food experience. Showed us places we would have not walked to ourselves.
