Lake Manyara National Park
After Breakfast drive to Lake Manyara. Lake Manyara provides the perfect introduction to Tanzania’s birdlife. More than 400 species have been recorded, and even a first-time visitor to Africa might reasonably expect to observe 100 of these in one day. Highlights include thousands of pink-hued flamingos on their perpetual migration, as well as other large water birds such as pelicans, cormorants and storks. The forest is the grassy floodplain and its expansive views eastward, across the alkaline lake, to the jagged blue volcanic peaks that rise from the endless Maasai Steppes. Large buffalo, wildebeest and zebra herds congregate on these grassy plains, as do giraffes – some so dark in coloration that they appear to be black from a distance

Recently, our family had an incredible journey in Tanzania! Yes, we went on a safari and the LEM Carnivores team was amazing - organizing everything and making sure we felt safe and comfortable during the whole journey. We saw hippos, elephants, lions, giraffes and other wild animals in their natural environment and our guides Stan and Manu were amazing :) Thanks to them, we not only saw wild animals in their natural habitat, but we also had some interesting conversations about the local reality :) This was an amazing trip! and sharing this experience as a family made this journey even more meaningful for us. It’s a memory we will cherish forever. Assante to the LEM team and Pole Pole ;)

Vincent from LEM Carnivorous Tours was super helpful, responded quickly and took care of problems directly. The safari was also an unforgettable experience! The tents were set up and dismantled for one. There was a thicker mat, blanket and pillow. I would recommend another cabin sleeping bag, I had one with me and was quite happy about it. At night it can get very cold (about 5 °C), so bring warm clothes. I would have liked the guide to give more info, but after this was criticized he did it too. Overall, I had a great trip and can recommend it.

The most beautiful experience of our lives. We did the safari as a couple, everything went perfectly. We had a great guide James who allowed us to see the big fives. We were very lucky to see the leopard and the rhino on the last day. Chef Ibrahim was lovely and made delicious meals for us throughout the trip. The quality to price ratio is excellent. I highly recommend this agency which will give you an unforgettable experience. Our souvenir photos are incredible. THANKS !!

We, as a couple, had an amazing time for our 2-day budget safari tour to Tarangire and Ngorongoro Crater with our well- experienced guide Emmanuel (Manu) who had the sight of an eagle to spot so many animals for us including the Big 5, Hyenas, Gazelles, Wildebeest and many more. He was also very social and hospitable with diverse knowledge about the jungle and animals. The camps and the overall overnight stay booked for us was also very well maintained and fun. I lost my wallet with money and my cards but Emmanuel helped me in finding it so hats off to him! The overall Safari was well planned by the company ensuring the utilisation of time in the best possible manner. A MUST RECOMMENDED COMPANY to plan your Safari tour!
