5.00I just used a travel agent service in Uzbekistan, and I am extremely satisfied. They were very professional, had smooth communication, and the travel schedule was arranged perfectly. I visited Tashkent, Samarkand, and Bukhara, all according to the planned itinerary. I will definitely use their services again for future trips!

5.00I was very pleased to sign up for this tour, and the guide came to the local literary history book and explained in depth. This is not just a sightseeing trip, but also a rich cultural banquet.
A good tour, but the operator should be mindful of the timing of their communications.

4.00The tour was fine, it was just what I wanted, but I told the driver that I DID NOT APPRECIATE his 1AM phone call, reminding me about the 9AM pickup time -- I was already fully aware of the pickup time based on regular emails received the previous day -- NEEDLESSLY WAKING UP A CUSTOMER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT IS NOT A GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE!

He sent detailed quotations for the tours we were interested in, and upon arrival in Tashkent these were delivered as promised. Rates were also very affordable. 5.00I had an excellent time exploring Tashkent with Mehroj. After I had to cancel due to illness, he was incredibly kind and flexible, allowing me to reschedule for my final weekend. He picked me up right from my Airbnb and managed to show me all the city’s major highlights in a perfect 4-hour window. The highlight was definitely eating at the Plov Center! Since Mehroj has spent time in the USA, we had an awesome cultural exchange—it was great comparing our perspectives on each other's home countries while learning about Tashkent’s deep history. If you want a knowledgeable, accommodating, and genuinely cool guide, book with Mehroj. It was the perfect way to wrap up my trip!
