What To Expect
From Tashkent to mountain area it takes 1.5 hours on the way. 80km. And same 1.5 hours for coming back. Total we spend 3 hours on the way. On the road you will see the extending Tashkent City toward mountain area. Fruit trees and hay industries. and the houses of local people and some villas in Chirchiq City.
Fayz cafe is nearby Amirsoy ski resort and really good place for having lunch and it is not expensive place. Price is reasonable and you can find Uzbek cuisine foods like pilov, manti and barbeques, ice-cream, natural juices and many more. Moreover, there are playground for children and pray room. It has good WC as well.

5.00If you are looking for a day trip outside of Tashkent this like be the excursion for you. The excursion is great for those who enjoy nature, culture, and outdoor lovers for sure! It is tough to describe the beauty of mountains and reservoir/lake but one way to describe it is it definitely left me breathless. Khikmatilla/John is a great tour guide and if you are English speaking his English is very strong, he is very knowledgeable about Uzbekistan history/culture and a great person to have a conversation with. Going solo or with friends would recommend 10/10!
