What To Expect
Amirsoy: Famous for its alpine meadows and ski resort, Amirsoy offers a great spot for lunch, restroom facilities, and skiing opportunities. Explore the country's largest ski resort with numerous ski runs (October-April, depending on weather conditions). Entrance to the cable car costs around 10-15 USD per person.
Chimgan
Chimgan Mountains: Visit Chimgan and take the "Chair Lift" up the mountain. The lift spans about 2 km, climbing to around 2000 m (weather conditions apply).

5.00Comfortable big van. On time pickup from hotel. The tour arrangement is quite good, with reasonable time allocated for each stop. Our guide speaks very good English, provides sufficient info and is very helpful along the way. The mountain top at the first stop is particularly enjoyable. All in all, a good day spent.

5.00Overall, it was good. The mountains are beautiful, and it's nice to get outside of Tashkent to admire nature. We only had a minor communication problem. I don't know whose fault it was: Viator, the tour operator, or the guide. We received our itinerary at 11:00 PM the night before. Of course, we were already asleep, so the next morning we were surprised to see the message: to be ready in 10min. We made it, but…. We've probably taken over 100 trips booked through Viator, and we were always contacted by the guide the day before, not a few hours before departure. Our guide, Shohruh, was incredibly kind. He even bought ice cream for the whole group. We also made a quick stop on the way back to buy fresh strawberries. They were delicious. Thank you.

5.00Had a great day out with our guide Shohruh. He was knowledgable about each stop and gave us detailed information on what to do at each point. We had 3 hours at Amirsoy, 1 hour at Chimgan mountain and chair lift as well as 1 hour at Charvak lake. We stopped also in the morning for included tea and food and he got us ice creams as well by the lake. I recommend this tour! If you want to do to chair lift at the second stop or horse riding make sure you have cash.
