We had a bad experience. A week ago I tried to address this with owner/operator. After a week he has not responded. George, The morning started out with your 20-minute late arrival. Not a problem, we were on “Island Time “and eager to explore Grenada. We were surprised to have another person along for the ride. The morning went well although we were again surprised that after breakfast, we were joined by your associates at the time not knowing that they were your associates, thinking they were an independent group hired to do the breakfast. I thought they were riding along to be dropped off somewhere. Don’t get me wrong, we enjoyed everyone’s company and all four of you are lovely people. But from midday on things went wrong. Before writing a review, I thought I would reach out in case you wish to offer some type of discount which I believe to be warranted. Here is a list of my concerns: The description of the tour was to some degree misleading. In all the other food tours we have taken we stopped at local restaurants to sample local specialties or a local drink. While Kendra’s food was good it was not what we expected. This is not an all-day tour. It could have been done in 4 to 6 hours although we did skip a couple of stops. We did not do,” River Sallee, Rivers Rum Experience: A Spirited Journey Through Grenada’s Oldest Distillery Taste Tradition, Feel the Fire, Discover the Legend Step into the heart of Grenada’s rum-making heritage with a guided tour of th …and Saint Mark Parish A Culinary Escape to Grenada’s Most Talked-About Seafood Spot Get ready for a mouthwatering adventure that takes you straight to the heart of St. Mark, home to one of the island’s most beloved and talked-about seafood restaurants. This tour is all about indulging in Grenada’s freshest catch, cooked to perfection with authentic island spices and served with a side of local charm. From grilled lobster to fried snapper, coconut curry shrimp to conch stew—this is a feast that delivers everything you expect… and so much more. You’ll also sip on Grenada’s most popular local juices, made fresh from island-grown fruits like soursop, tamarind, golden apple, and lime—refreshing, revitalizing, and the perfect complement to your meal.” Nor did you give me the rum samples you promised. You left us at Dragon Beach. Not a word, you just drove away leaving us. After time went by and you didn’t return when I asked, I was told that you had to take care of something. After 3 hours went by and I complained, your associates finally called us a ride to get back to our resort. Frankly, Diane was scared that something bad was about to happen. Not the kind of emotion I wanted for her during her birthday trip. The excursion was not even close to being worth $299 per person particularly since the food was homemade and very few beverages were served. We only had three full days on the island, and we feel that you wasted half of one of them. I think there is a lot of potential in your excursion, but you have a lot of work to do to make it worthy of such a hefty cost. I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
