  The tour is worth visiting Waiheke Island. The guide was excellent. We were excited to taste the wine that is famous on this island. Disappointed in the vineyards that led us. For us between Cable Bay and Mudbrick was better Mudbrick. Visit to Alpress for very good olive oil. When taking these tours you have to make sure which are the vineyards to visit. .Better pay a little more and enjoy a good wine. Our tour included lunch, this was great.

  We had a delightful tour, starting with the ferry ride to the island. We had a fabulous tour guide who was friendly and funny. The group visited three wineries with tastings at all three, enjoying a delicious lunch at one. A nice surprise was a visit to an olive oil business with a tasting. We saw about half of the island by coach. It was a lovely afternoon.

  This tour was a great day on the island. The bus driver was very knowledgable about the island as she lives on it year round. The wineries are stunningly beautiful. We also loved the olive oil tasting and stop..it was actually our favourite part.

  This is an easy way to explore the tastes of Waiheke. Three wineries and an olive producer was just enough. We took this trip on a weekday and the bus was only partly full. If there were more people that would have not been so easy.

  Thank goodness we checked out our meeting point the day prior because we learned we need to pick up tickets for the ferry which was not clearly indicated in the information provided. We met our driver, Kai, on Waiheke and she did a great job getting us around the island and providing commentary. The island is beautiful and a must visit! I will note that there was another group at the olive oil tasting and they were so loud it made it challenging to hear our host. Kai had gone to retrieve some people late for the tour so was not there to correct the situation.

  Great tour with a wonderful guide. Lunch and wines were fun and met some nice people on the trip. Loved flexibility to stay on the island and take a letting ferry.

  A great way to get a feel of the island, a taste of its delicious wines and olive oils, and enjoy delightful conversations with fellow travellers. Our guide was professional, approachable and very funny!
