5.00Mario was our guide, he was extremely informative about the history of Vienna, the historical buildings we walked past and the origins of the Viennese food. This was a great tour for us as we had just arrived in Vienna for the first time and walking around with Mario to the various places we saw areas of the city we may not have found on our own and you get to eat well at the same time. 5.00We had an incredible food tour this evening with Mario. How did over 3 hours go by so fast?? Mario provided great insight and history on Vienna and its food. He gave us detail on how Vienna was formed through out the ages and its highlights in history. Then he tied that into how it manifested itself in our most basic need - food. Mario’s knowledge and delivery made this a most worthwhile tour. All the food we had (pretzels, sausage, goulash, weiner schnitzel, beer, sacher tort, apple strudel) was really great, and the restaurants picked were excellent. Also Mario gave us some great dinner recommendations as well. Would highly recommend this tour and ask for Mario. Thank you Mario for making this tour so memorable!!

5.00We went on this food tour and had an amazing time. Or your guide was Lauren and she explained every step we are going to make and what were going to eat so thoroughly. She went above and beyond answering any questions we had about the city or places to go and definitely any questions about the food. She was knowledgeable, kind, and very interesting to listen to. I would highly recommend this tour, but please book directly. Some second party companies are hard to deal with!

5.00Very interesting and informative tour with Mario a local who knew all the little eateries tucked away in the back streets of Vienna. Also gave us the history of all the foods we ate and the buildings we passed by. Can't recommend the tour and Mario highly enough.
