I used it both on arrival and departure. The reason why it's a bit difficult to understand how to book a round trip is that you have to enter your flight information when you book the return trip (arriving from the hotel), so I was worried that I was booking on the return trip and emailed you, but I was relieved to hear from you immediately. They picked me up at my hotel on time (they couldn't stay on the street, so they showed up just in time) and staying connected via WhatsApp makes it quicker and more secure. It was a relief to know that he was a driver who was fluent in English in Dakar, which is the main French language. I already paid my card, so I don't have to worry about paying, and the car is comfortable and recommended.

In Dakar, I had heard that the hotel had once asked me to pick up a taxi but I had been robbed at a higher rate than the prescribed rate when I got off, so I sometimes arrived late at night and wanted to request a reliable pick-up, so I used this one which was word of mouth. I received an immediate reply to my email inquiry (due to time difference) and it was a safe and very reliable transfer. Connecting with WhatsApp gives you even more peace of mind when you arrive at the airport. The time was accurate, the car was comfortable, and we got some water, which was very helpful when we arrived. Driver Papi is fluent in English and highly recommended.

Great driver, best way to get into Dakar. Especially for a jet lagged traveler. I was happy to skip all the aggressive people offering rides, and my driver took great care of me.
