Our Night Sky Star Safari is a comprehensive stargazing activity for all. Including a meal at an authentic Canarian restaurant on our way up the mountain and also stopping for an amazing sunset from above the Sea of Clouds, our activity is your introduction to the night sky, stars and the Universe. It includes the guided use of telescopes for night sky observation of visible planets, the Moon, stars, galaxies & more. Join us as we take a safari trek across the night sky with our lasers using constellations and detailed explanations of the science and mythology by expert astronomy guides. While in Tenerife, these astronomy tours are an ideal excursion for holiday makers, taking advantage of Tenerife being one of the best locations in the world for both professional and amateur astronomy. Our aim is that you have fun observing the sky and making it easy for you. We hope to give you as many WOW moments as possible!

Excellent tour, well organizied and and lived up to it's description. The guides were all well reversed on the subject at hand and explained everything about the stars and the sky beautifully mixed with humour and wit. The stop at the little restaurant was also delightful. The food was excellent and the service wonderful, smiles on everyone's faces, guests and staff as well. Time spent above the clouds was also magical and the stars were out of this world.

This was such a lovely tour. The sunset was absolutely amazing and the fact that they give you photos they take and the end is wonderful. They inform you to dress warm and I thought we did but because it was cold (46 degrees). They do provide puffy jackets but with the wind blowing, I could have used another layer or two. If you dress for the weather you will have an amazing time!!!

Amazing experience! Great food— simple and tasty— even picky eater should enjoy it. The kids got nuggets and fries. Hotel pick up and drop were great. Really enjoyed see Mt. Teide covered in color at sunset. We had a full moon, so we missed the faint objects, Milky Way,etc. but we got to see the moon through the telescopes and even got pictures. We saw 4 additional objects in space. We got back to the hotel by 12:20. It was an excellent experience!!

Starting with the dinner, which was very good and the service excellent. The views of the setting sun and being above the clouds by themselves was worth the trip. However, when you add in the clearness of the night sky and the stars, it was absolutely breathtaking.

Great combination of local food dinner, not having to drive windy roads and gazing at the stars. We opted to drive our car to the restaurant and join Nightskies on one of their vans. Nightskies gave us plenty of room for the sunset photo op and 3 "wow" moments via their telescope. Definitely cold 8-12 Celsius (46-53 Farenheit) , so dress even warmer than you expect, including caps and gloves.
