Some aspects of this trip were great. The sunset watching with a glass of cava was a delight. The loan of a warm jacket. The knowledge of the guides regarding the night sky was good. Unfortunately so much of it was a let down. After being told that the skies in Tenerife were 3rd best in the world I don’t know how I contained my laughter; they’re not even the best in the Canaries. I have seen much better in the UK. The skies in Malawi or Morocco are 100 times better than Tenerife and even they don’t feature as best in the world. I stopped believing much of what was said after that. We were told fearful tales of the spines on prickly pears; I’m not sure they even grow where we were…..and so it went on. Lots of dramatic exaggeration to make a good story….shame some of it was not true. The meal was very cheap and nasty as lots of other reviewers have commented. I was given the impression that we would be driven somewhere after the awful meal to view the night skies instead of being next to the coach in the car park at the side of the road with all the light pollution that entails. I accept that I may have got the wrong end of the stick but I question why it didn’t happen…..there must have been better places. We got excited at the offer of hot chocolate to be given a thimble full of the wateriest hot chocolate I’ve ever had. All in all, disappointing.

The tour with Craig was very entertaining with the history of the island and Lady Teide made our bus journey much quicker and fun. The first stop for the sunset with cava was spectacular were photos were taken of each group. Next stop was the restaurant and our stargazing point. The food was pretty good. Star gazing, when eyes adjust to dark, is lovely. With time we saw more and more stars. Again, with more information shared about the sky and stars, was fun and entertaining. The staff was very professional and friendly. We looked at Jupiter, Eagle Nebula (stellar nursery), Sirius and I think 7 sisters. Group pictures were taken with starry sky background. All the pictures were free on Dropbox on following day. On the way back, a little overall talk from Craig. Thank you all the team for spectacular experience. P.S. the heating on the bus on the way back was too hot made us really uncomfortable.

Excellent experience. Prompt pickup. Taken to see beautiful sunset with a glass of cava. Then on to a 3 course meal with wine while sky became dark. Very knowledgeable guides who explained the stars in the sky including where to find the North Star. The wow factor for me was looking through the telescope and seeing Jupiter and 3 of its moons. It was cold but jackets were provided if required and a nice touch was hot chocolate was provided to keep us warm. Photos were also taken and sent to us the next day at no extra cost.

A fantastic "experience" tour including bus pick up, factual information about "Lady" Teide, Tenerife's other volcanoes and their forests, spectacular sunset views with a drink, a lovely meal (more drinks available) and incredible views of the most amazingly clear night sky both by the naked eye and through powerful telescopes. Many thanks to Kieran, Craig and the whole team. They were all exceedingly knowledgeable, friendly, humorous & professional. They also provided hot chocolate & the loan of warm coats (if their guests hadn't packed for cold) against the very cold mountain night temperatures. Altogether, a BRILLIANT night!! The team also took photos throughout the experience which they made available to their guests at no further cost to the reasonable price charged.

Impressive evening stargazing with excellent explanation from the guides. Seeing for yourself through the stargazers was very interesting. Never before have we been able to see Jupiter and even four of its moons. Organization was top!

Brilliant experience in every way. Well organised , very professional, would highly recommend this experience and this team. We have done most of the touristy things on Tenerife and some of the bigger walks this was a night to remember. Loved the whole night, the team are very friendly and super knowledgeable. Believe then when they say it will be cold! Excellent value for a 6 hour trip. Everyone happy and lots of snoring on the bus journey home.

Great tour from start to finish. The team was accommodating and polite. The dinner was very good and an opportunity to chat with others prior to the stargazing. The team were professional and the equipment top notch. Even a little humour.

Excellent trip from pick up to drop off. Very passionate and informative guides. We both had an amazing time, experience and came away with more knowledge of the star system/Tenerife. Booked direct with them. Excellent and clear communication throughout. Thanks to the team for a well planned and thoughtful tour.
