  I've booked 3 excursions through this excursion shop with roxie and it's been amazing from start to finish. Communication between myself and the co pay has been top notch. I think I had excellent prices for the trips I have done and these trips have all been amazing. Thankyou roxie and a big well done to all the staff that work their bums off to ensure everyone has a great time on holiday. I will certainly use you again when I'm back in tenerife

  Absolutely incredible experience! The Sunset Volcano ATV tour was the highlight of our trip. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt safe and confident. The ride itself was thrilling—racing across lava trails and rugged terrain with breathtaking views at every turn. Watching the sun dip behind lit up in fiery colors was truly unforgettable. The ATVs were in great condition, and everything was well-organized from start to finish. If you’re looking for adventure, stunning scenery, and a unique way to explore the island, this is a must-do. Highly recommend—5 stars!

  Absolutely loved this. We upgraded to 2 buggy when we got there instead of the 6 seater . Everyone Absolutely loved the whole day... but dress warm because it's absolutely freezing at the top lol

  We booked with Lyndsey at Royal Tenerife Country Club for the quad biking trip which was an amazing experience very good value for money got collected from Our hotel and bought back after, and the tour guides were very knowledgable and took time to tell us the history of the volcanos and the scenery was awesome and would definitely recommend

  Booked the quad bike tour to teide, only to discover my sons licence was out of date by a few weeks, went to the office, where Clydach was extremely helpful, she switched us to a four seater buggy tour instead even though we were probably.past our cancellation time so thanks a lot clodagh and tenerife first excursions customer service at it's best

  First time to Tenerife so wanted to book some excursions. Had heard of Tenerife First through several TikTok videos so happy to go there. Mark who served us was amazing. We told him the sort of things we wanted to do and he showed us leaflets and assisted us to get these booked. He wasn’t pushy to book either (unlike another place we had been to on route.) Mark was very professional, sense of humour, helpful. We booked the Teide Quad Tour, 1 hour Jet Ski and the Kayaking and snorkelling. Quad tour and jet Skis are brilliant, would definitely recommend. Unfortunately the kayaking was cancelled due to poor weather forecast but a quick chat with Mark and a full refund was given as we had no other available days to do the activity. Would recommend Tenerife First 100% and would use again should we come back. Thanks again Mark ☺️

  Great first experience on quad bikes, worth the money you pay! Its a great day out driving up the amazing mountain roads and a quality off-road track towards the end! They also take some great photos of the group throughout the trip.

  Amazing experience with Tenerife first excursions. They were so helpful when booking excursions. the staff are friendly and are so accommodating to your requests. I would highly recommend booking excursions with them if you are visiting Tenerife!! Great experience overall

  The experience was amazing, we had much fun! The staff much experienced and professional, he was very friendly and knowledgeable, we enjoyed his stories a lot and for sure the quad driving! The views were incredible and we made a short stop at a local restaurant on our way back where we enjoyed a coffee and a stunning panorama. We are definitely up for taking the off-road driving lesson next time! :D

  We booked several excursions with Mattie before arriving through Facebook. Very helpful, answering multiple question I had about the excursions, we got a great discount. Mattie even dropped our tickets of too our hotel nothing was too much trouble for him. Great guy will defiantly be using these guys again on our return. Cheers mate! Nikki & Todd
