Here we will visit the Temple of Eshmun which is an ancient place of worship dedicated to Eshmun, the Phoenician god of healing. It is located near the Awali river, 2 kilometres northeast of Sidon in southwestern Lebanon.

I booked a trip to Mleeta and Qana from Beirut with Zingy Ride. My guide and driver was Ali who is an extremely kind, thoughtful, and intelligent man. He is very good at English, but also spoke as much as possible in Lebanese with me, so that I could practice. He always made sure that I was comfortable on the trip to Mleeta and Qana and was very flexible, even suggesting that we can stop by Saida on the way back. He also allowed me to pick the destinations that I wanted to visit in Qana and allowed us to visit some rare sites there with his great recommendations. He is also very knowledgeable about the historic situation in Lebanon as a whole. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience and will always recommend Zingy Ride and Ali to all tourists who come to Lebanon. انا ممنونك و انا بتمنالك النجاح يا علي

The tour was super interesting in general and Mahdi, the driver, made it even better by giving me information about the different areas and answering to all my questions about Lebanon. Mleeta really worths a visit and it is of course the main part of this tour, but I really liked both Beaufort Castle and Eshmun temple as well. And the views and landscape on the way!

Ali was fabulous! Really made sure everything ran smoothly and was fun to hang out with! Really enjoyed the day, especially mleeta which was an incredible artist impression of the war and a great memorial!

Very good experience, very interesting everything and the guide at all times was attentive and explaining, an experience to repeat, if you want to know about the reality of Lebanon this experience is mandatory, and especially at the hands of a fantastic person. I will repeat without a doubt.

The tour to south Lebanon was very well organized ! We went to visit Mleeta landmark, an interesting museum on the recent history of southern Lebanon. From there there is an amazing view ! The Beaufort Castle is also an interesting piece of history with again a breathtaking view on South Lebanon. Then we visited Khiam, a beautiful village, with the remain of its jail and its dark history. Then we headed to Tyre where we visited the ruins of the old Roman necropolis and city. Overall the tour was well organized, Kassem did an amazing job at making sure we were on time for all activities. Would recommend Zingy Ride and this tour strongly, hope to come back again !

The temple of eshmin needs work but beaufort castle is amazing you could spend hours there. The views from it are amazing. Mleeta is a incredible tour with so much history

I truly enjoyed this tour and the tour guide was friendly, polite, and I have a lot of fun. I'm glad I booked this tour and got to see some of the most unique places Lebanon has to offer. For all you history buffs, the Mleeta Landmark is a definite MUST VISIT!!!
