It was a fabulous tour. The first one I went on in Delhi. It was perfect. Dolly ensured I was always safe. We shared many stories. I am so glad I booked this tour.

We had a brilliant experience with Dolly during our week-long visit from London. We were looking for a stress-free, authentic introduction to Old Delhi, and Dolly delivered exactly that. She was incredibly knowledgeable about Mughal history and led us through a fascinating range of sites, including a Sikh Gurudwara, a Jain Temple, and a mosque. Dolly was particularly helpful in explaining the customs of each site, ensuring we felt comfortable and were able to respect the local traditions at every turn. Highlights of the tour included: The Spice Market: A truly fascinating sensory experience where Dolly shared insights into modern-day working practices. Authentic Lunch: A lovely meal to round off the day where she guided us through the flavors and history of the food. Teen-Friendly: My two teenagers and my husband were fully engaged the entire time. We also appreciated the total lack of pressure. Unlike other experiences we’ve had, Dolly never pushed us toward specific shops for commissions. It was a refreshing, honest, and deeply interesting slice of both history and modern life. Highly recommended to anyone wanting an insightful and relaxed tour of Old Delhi!

We really enjoyed our tour. Our guide Dolly was very knowledgeable and showed us lots of hidden spots, sharing many personal experiences as a woman in her 20s living in Delhi. Would highly recommend!

Besides being a wonderful idea to combine cousine & culture, this was our best Delhi experience! Our guide Parul being excellent in English provided sound explanations about (old) Delhi and the excellent food we were to test. It was a delightful experience for all senses!

Our tour trough Old Delhi was amazing! The guide Parul was great and spoke very good English and was easy to understand. She was very knowledgeable about the area and also gave good tips for future trips and places to go. She had good humor and everything was paid for and well organized. We also didint get dragged to some souvenir shop or expensive restaurants after he tour which was nice, in fact she helped everyone find a ride home or told them where to go. All in all it was excellent.

We have had a really wonderful tour with Parul today. She is very warm and welcoming, very knowlegable and introduced us to the different indian religious cultures and showed us the different temples which we never would have entered otherwise, a really fantastic experience. We went through different markets and she explained everything very well. She knew the best foodstalls for the typical Dehli food and it felt safe to try and was so wonderful. All in all an amazing tour which exceeded my expectations. Its well invested money for value and I would highly recomend this tour to anyone.

I joined this Old Delhi tour on my sister’s recommendation, and it was an excellent experience. The tour gave my parents and me valuable insight into the characteristics and history of India’s diverse religions while allowing us to fully experience the atmosphere of Old Delhi. Our guide, Parul—whom my sister had met twice before—was friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable about Delhi. She explained the historical and cultural context in a clear and engaging way, which made the experience even more meaningful. I would highly recommend this tour to travelers who want to experience the dynamic and vibrant side of Old Delhi.
