Just relax and sailing on board Abrazo chill out catamaran with friends or family in search of whales and dolphins or visiting Masca Bay, Los Gigantes Cliffs and other spots along the Tenerife coast.

We anchor in a secluded and quiet bay where you can have a swim, snorkeling (bring your own gear), or simply soak up the sun on our comfortable and spacious deck.

Our crew will serve you a special catering before sailing back to the harbour along the coast. Drinks and food are included.

We offer from 3 to 8 hrs. private charters. Please contact us for availability.

What To Expect

Club Nautico Puerto Colon

Make it private, make it unforgettable! With your friends or in family, make this sailing experience something unique!! The South-west coast of Tenerife is a privileged place for watching whales/dolphins in their natural habitat. There are two resident populations: the pilot whale and the bottlenose dolphin. We will anchor in a cristal clear water cove where you can relax laying down on our cushions on the spacious decks or in the nets. You can also have a swim and explore the underwater world snorkelling. The water temperature varies from about 18ºC in winter to 26ºC in summer. Our crew will be at your disposition during the whole trip and they will do their best to make it a wonderful experience. They will also serve you a meal and drinks in the shaded seating area (included in the price & vegetarian food available on request with your reservation). Afterwards we make our way back towards the harbour sailing along the west-coast of the island whilst you chill and enjoy the views.

A great experience with a great team. Thanks to Raul for his sympathy and these explanations. A magical moment shared in complete privacy, 11 people on board, far from the big tourist boats. Swimming, dolphin, snacks and drinks. Everything was there. We will come back.

Beautiful boat, amazing crew. We saw many dolphins and a couple of tropical whales very close. Impeccable service, great attention to details, memorable day. I would highly recommend this tour and this specific crew if you’re looking for a luxury escape away from the tourists crowd of Tenerife and a connection with nature.

A great experience and 100% recommended. We were very comfortable throughout the journey and could see many groups of cauldrons within walking distance. The attention received was great and the captain's explanations helped us to better understand these beautiful animals. If you come to Tenerife, you can not miss the water safari of Moi!!

Guillermo, our skipper, took us (group of 9) on a whale watching tour and it was amazing. The catamaran was clean and offered plenty of space in the shade and sun. Two big fridges provided us with cold drinks at all times. You can turn up the speakers pretty loud but they have to be turned off near the whales. Guillermo managed to bring us near the whales and dolphins as well which stayed beside and under our boat for quiet a while. It was the closest I've ever gotten to them. Afterwards we went for a swim in two different bays and even had the chance to jump off a very nice cliff. If you're searching for an extraordinary activity and just want to relax, book a tour, it pays. I definitely would do another tour with Guillermo. He was a very kind and qualified skipper! Thank you for such an amazing time.

Jorge and Guiseppe were excellent boaters. They have brought us with great skill in the immediate vicinity of the gray whales. The journey with the catamaran itself was also very quiet. All in all an unforgettable result.

Highly recommended... on board the Abrazo everything just fit. We saw whales up close and we also had plenty of time to marvel... when we went on to the bay by catamaran, suddenly there were loads of dolphins around us and apparently had a lot of fun accompanying us... it was fantastic... the skippers took good care of our well-being... everything explained well... there were then delicious paella and fruit. We had a perfect trip.

I’ve been on quite a few catamaran trips in my life time and I have to say this was one of the best. We had a lovely calm sea and managed to see so many dolphins, and a rare opportunity to see a fake killer whale. The staff were so friendly and provided a lot information about the area we sailed through. The catamaran is a lot smaller than the previous ones I’ve been on before, but there was loads of space at the front of the boat. If I was to go out again, I wouldn’t hesitate in choosing these guys again.

What can you expect from whale watching? Two, three flippers flashing up out of the spray? No! We have seen hundreds of dolphins swooping around our boat, orcas jumping vertically into the air from the sea and, to top it off, a large herd of fake killer whales! Even a mother and baby right next to our boat. We're flashed! Oh, and by the way: the crew is super nice and makes you feel special and not just tourists for fun. Absolute recommendation. Or we were just lucky;-)

A true family adventure with 9 of us on board: age range 6 to 80 years old. A truely memorable trip from viewing pilot whales- ( the whales swam very close to the boat. The crew were respectful and mindful of the marine life's wellbeing at all times) to snorkelling, cruising and eating super paella. Thank you Alex and William you were fantastic. We will definitely be back.
