5.00We thoroughly enjoyed our tour. The guides were excellent- Ernest made the bus ride entertaining and informative. We were in Hector’s group at the site. He made this a great learning experience. He was also charming and accommodating, and shared wonderful visual aids that helped our understanding of the proud history of Mexico. Just a word of warning. I am in my 70’s and in pretty decent condition, but this was for me physically challenging. Be aware that even if you do not choose to climb the “pyramids” themselves, just to get to them involves a large number of steep and uneven steps without railings. It was worth the work - I would not have wanted to miss Teotihuacan.

5.00Friendly and knowledgeable guides (Diana & Leticia) who thoughtfully split the group into one slower-paced group and one more energetic group. Pickup and transportation was easy and punctual in a clean tour bus. All in all, a great tour experience of Teotihuacan- I would definitely recommend!

4.00This is a shortened tour. We did not walk the full length of the Avenue, so this is a good tour for those who those who prefer not to walk the distance and want to focus on the Pyramids. We got back on the bus and rode to the main Pyramids.

3.00The tour company was non responsive to various messages until the eve of travel. I was this close to cancelling before I realized that cancelling within 24 hours causes a 100% penalty. On the day of the tour, we got to the site and were told something was wrong with the electronic tickets so the bus was supposed to wait for 20 minutes and we could go look at vendors. When we got back the tour group had left without us and our young adult kids were still on the bus. No one even bothered to let them know. We scrambled with the help of a vendor to eventually find our group. The tour guide had little in the way of an apology. Other than that, Letitia was a fantastic tour guide (for us who were in the slow paced group) and I give her alone 5 stars!! I recommend her highly for her warmth, knowledge and EQ. As a general rule, I would recommend finding a tour company with smaller groups even if it means paying more.
