Wear comfortable shoes and bring a hat. Ilse and Raul were excellent guides. The bus was comfortable and had a restroom. When you arrive at the site, you are given an opportunity to use the restroom, buy a hat and get water if you need it. We were unable to be picked up at our original spot because of protests, but the operators quickly found and alternate plan and communication was excellent.

Celebrating our anniversary here in CDMX, we wanted to experience something we would not see in the states. We love learning history and the story behind the culture & buildings. The views at the top are worth it. Our guide Raul was very attentive and stopped to answer any questions we had. We went in the morning so 7:35 am which I feel is best way to start the day.

Raul was a great tour guide, the price is very reasonable and the bus was very clean. Overall a great experience. Prepare to spend at least 5 hours with travel and the tour itself.

Our guide Ivan was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. Pyramid site was one of the highlights of our trip to Mexico City. Only issue is that I thought lunch was included in the tour but we did have to pay for it and it was expensive.

Overall, the site itself was stunning — truly one of the highlights of my trip. Visiting the pyramids at Teotihuacan is an absolute must for anyone traveling to Mexico City. My average rating reflects several issues with the tour operator. I had requested a different pickup location; while I understand that couldn’t be accommodated, the driver actually stopped at that location but refused to let me board. As a result, I had to take an Uber to the site, which cost me $40 USD. Once there, the group was split into two smaller tours. My guide was knowledgeable but not particularly engaging. The worst part was the return trip — the van was filled with loud music (started by the guide), and the road was so rough I nearly got sick. The two-hour drive back through heavy traffic made for a very unpleasant end to the day. Teotihuacan is absolutely worth seeing — but I’d recommend visiting through another tour company or on your own for a better experience.

Manuel and Yair were amazing! Yair had an abundance of knowledge on the rich history of the pyramids and Mexico City. Yair also had amazing answers to everyone's questions, and was welcoming and approachable.

Miguel and Ernesto were fun , knowledgeable and taught us so much about the history, culture and the people. We had no idea how the ruins had been constructed to correspond to the sky and the seasons

Yair and Manuel were great. Very friendly and the information we received was relevant. I suggest the AM tour since it is not too hot.
