  Good experience. Nice and very knowledgeable guide, Miguel. It will be better with shorter snd more concise explanation sessions if possible. We were too exhausted with a lot of and long explanations.

  Miguel and Isaias were fantastic. I really enjoyed the history, connecting world events in context to the ruins. Miguel was entertaining and full of insights… inspiring! December was a great time to go too. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

  The tour guide Miguel was extremely personable and knowledgeable, he was attentive to us and made sure everyone was accounted for and engaged. Our driver Isaias provided an incredibly smooth safe ride. Couldn’t have asked better from either!

  Luck of the draw on what experience and what guide you get. they don’t limit the number of bookings. we were told we’d be picked up by a van, ended up being a big bus. Got to the park at 9:30, but had no guide. The guide started at 10:15 and was more about local legends than historical facts. Skipped the temple of the serpent completely. Tour ended at 12. Barely two hours in the park. Never the less, the pyramids were an amazing sight and a highlight of this trip. Bus ride was pleasant.

  Excellent experience! Ivan (tour guide) and Ernesto (transport) were terrific. Very busy so had a few glitches with pick-up as gates were closed by the site which resulted in extra walking but that did not take away from the experience. Lots of walking on a long tour in the sun so I recommend bringing water and a few snacks! Ask for Ivan…he is the best!

  We booked a private tour but when we arrived at the archeological site we were put in a group tour with two other groups. We were told the transportation is private but the tour is not. This is contrary to how they advertised the tour during the booking process, referring to the tour as a private tour. The tour itself was quite short, and did not leave enough time for experiencing the site completely.

  The tour guide was fantastic and Teotihuacan itself was incredible, but unfortunately everything else about the experience fell flat. The pickup was confusing from the start. We were told we’d be picked up in a white or gray truck, but it ended up being a large black bus. Leaving the city was delayed by about 20 minutes and felt very disorganized. Once we arrived, the tour itself was great and the guide was truly amazing. That part lived up to expectations. However, on the return trip we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for three people who were late, which caused a major delay. We didn’t get back to the city until around 2:15 pm, even though we were told we would be back by 12:35 pm at the latest. To make matters worse, on the return trip they did not drop us off at our original pickup or preferred location. Even though we were told pickup and drop-off would be at the same spot, they only made one stop in downtown, which forced us to pay for an Uber to get back. Teotihuacan and the tour guide were excellent, but due to the poor organization, delays, and drop-off issues, I wouldn’t book through Paseos Olmedo again. In hindsight, it’s worth spending more money for a smaller, better-organized tour.
