Under the guidance of a true Noodle Master, you’ll unlock the secrets behind Xi’an’s most famous dish: the wide, belt-like, and incredibly flavorful Biang Biang noodle. our personal Noodle Master will share stories of the dish's history on the Silk Road while demonstrating the mesmerizing techniques of stretching, swinging, and "slapping" the dough—the signature move that gives the noodles their name (Biang Biang mimics the sound!). Perfect for families, couples, and solo adventurers alike, this class is more than a meal. It’s a connection to Chinese culture, a fantastic story, and the most delicious souvenir you can get.
