5.00We took the vip tour for nothern lights in Tromso. N it was a beautiful experience. Our guide Marcin took us out of Tromso and we spotted the lights in just half an hour. We were served with delicious hot sausage and soup and fruits and cookies and not to forget the tea and hot chocolate. Everything was on point. Had one of the most memorable evenings of our lives. I truly recommend this trip and especially Marcin impressed us with his hospitality and cooperation. Thanks

1.00This was the worst "experience" or tour I have ever booked on any app. There was nothing "VIP" about this so-called "VIP trip". I thought about contacting Tromso Tourist Centre to report this as a scam. This was not an organised VIP Trip as advertised. It was just some guy picking us up in his old car, driving us to an empty field outside Tromso and offering us a cheap bag of popcorn, chocolate bars, strawberries and a bottle of cheap sparkling wine, all of which you can buy in the local supermarket. - Picked up in a really old car (this is supposed to be a VIP trip?) - The camp fire was just a small fire on the ground, which blew smoke into us - We were offered a box of strawberries that were mushy and falling apart (close to or past sell-by date) - The "champagne" was a bottle of cheap sparkling wine that costs around 12 Euros. - I’m sure the guide could sense we were not happy with the experience and so drove as quickly as he could back to our hotel - skidding on numerous occasions. The journey did not feel safe at all.

1.00Buyer beware. This is NOT a "VIP" tour. Most of the stated amenities do not exist. Also, you may be picked up and crammed into a tiny car and driven around for over 3 uncomfortable hours.

2.00After a short drive we saw the Northern Lights dancing in the sky..... luckily.......it was also nice that there were 4 of us.....that compensated the expensive tour at least a little! Far too expensive for a VIP tour especially there were the offered drinks, food (80€ is charged for it and we only received 1x tea), warm overalls, information about the region, as well as the photos not as described, which was very disappointing. Booking is also made through a Polish office and not on site. Even the car was so small although at the time of booking already 4 people were indicated. We were almost sitting on each other in the back of the three of us......so the nausea is already pre-programmed. The pick-up time was also postponed and the initial driver was replaced by another. Our trip also lasted just under 3 hours. Would not book this tour def anymore and also not recommend.

3.00We was able to see aurora only through our cameras , but it’s just wrong day, not team mistake. Pick up was on time , food and drinks was okay - hot chocolate, tea, coffee,water . Some sweets, roll with chicken , fruits But we expected professional photoshoot as it was in description, in reality guide just made 3 photos on his phone, which he promised to edit to make the aurora brighter, but never did, sending us only the originals .

5.00Martin was the perfect guide, we managed to find a beautiful display of the lights despite the weather being not the best at all! He went to every effort to make sure we got to see them and was just a lovely guy! He also got brilliant photos for us!! My partner was a little nervous due to the bad weather and potentially slippy roads but Martin was reassuring and a brilliant driver, we were so glad we went ahead with this tour, highly recommend!!
