  • Good experience in the rainforest

We did the afternoon tour and didnt realize you start with lunch first. We opted to skip and jump on earlier tour. You take a vehicle up to a transfer point and then take an open air 4x4 vehicle up to watefall. They suit you up and then you are off to the biggest waterfall first. It was a little difficult to get the hang of it but the guides did a great job giving directions and encouragement. My kids who are 9 and 12 loved it. You get wet and get to trek thru rainforest. The stairs at the end are tough. I would recommend better shoes with soles. Lots of rocks. We had tevas and were very happy we had them.

You’re getting picked up at your hotel and they’re very welcoming from the very first second. The guys are really fun, joking around and really aware of what they’re doing! If you’re afraid of heights they know exactly how to distract and comfort you; enjoyed every second of it !

Fun times!! Super exciting way to observe and get into the rainforest. Not much hiking. Very smooth and fun experience. Loved the staff!! Very nice and prepared - safety first ;) Their basecamp is super nice, with a garden, lockers and showers, you have the meal and coffee there. Thanks so much guys!

What an ADVENTURE. Words don’t do it justice l, you just have to do it…AND buy the tee shirt! Johnathon and the team where so patient and made it super easy for everyone to channel their inner 13 year old child! A must for everyone visiting the La Fortuna area!
