Booked a return visit for my wife and daughter, having been here 2 years ago. They loved the activity, and as intermediate riders, they found their horses well behaved and easy to ride. Great surroundings and views, they will be returning again on our next visit to Gran Canaria.

Was picked up and brought back. Safe place and ride. Helmet for everyone, and children under 16 years old receive safety vest. Nice thing horses, and they were picked out after experience on the rider. The horses looked fine. They're well taken care of.

My 14 year old daughter has been riding since she was 7, I’ve never gotten on a horse! We were collected from our hotel in a branded van, the stables & yard were charming, lovely flowers, a few friendly cats. The horses & their living quarters were all available to see & you could see how well they were cared for. Everything was clean, the horses were healthy & fit. The guides were fantastic, I was so nervous and they did everything to put me at ease. They matched up rider & pony so well, we rode out single file together then more experienced riders (including my daughter) went for a trot & gallop. My daughter loved this! The landscape you ride through is stunning & you get a really good long time out there. I couldn’t fault it, a fantastic experience.

Great for beginners and experienced riders! We are a family of 5 and had a very enjoyable and well-guided 2-hour tour on a Saturday the 25th of October. It started with a good explanation, separating the group in more and less experienced riders (Don’t worry: everybody rides out together) and assigning the horses. We then proceeded to getting our horse from the stable, mounting them and we rode out as a group. They took good care to keep families together in the riding order. Because the terrain is very rocky, galloping is only possible in a couple of places. That’s where the more experienced riders are taken apart and can trot/gallop. The entire experience, riding against the beautiful backdrop of the mountains and with very kind and attentive guides, was one we highly recommend to beginners and more experienced riders alike.

The tour guides riding ladder were super nice and friendly. My husband had Lucha as a beginner without previous experience a quiet and dear horse. I had Rajo which was a teasing dear stallion with a teasing nature who suited me very well as I had no problem interacting with him with prior knowledge. Great but dear temperament. I thought he was great! I would have preferred to take him with me. The animals about 40 were all happy about a carrot. Unfortunately forgot some tip for the riding guides to throw something in the coffee box. It was an indescribably great feeling through to travel the countryside and enjoy nature. A really well run horse farm. Respect. Thank you very much for the beautiful experience after 20 years not on the saddle. However, you have to expect a bit of sore muscles. The animal moves and man moves with😉😆. Thank you very much for the lovely experience. My husband was also very enthusiastic.

Never been on a horse before and pretty afraid of them to be honest but thoroughly enjoyed the trek. Booked it last minute for the following day and received my pick up details early the next morning. 2 hours is a long time on a horse for a novice but I’m really glad I done it and the horses are well looked after and big and strong

Today we went to El Salobre for 2 hours of horse riding. The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere was relaxed. We thoroughly enjoyed our day out, the horses were all beautifully groomed and noticeably healthy, and docile. The centre was really lovely, areas to sit down and relax before and after your horse riding. There are lots of friendly cats and a little dog roaming around too who all love fuss and attention. We loved the horses names - spaghetti, yogurt and carpaccio were names that made us laugh! The horses were really well behaved - except one my friend was on had a wobbly a few minutes in but the staff were really attentive and made sure we were ok and confident and kept checking in on us. Turns out he just wanted a neck scratch!! The trek was wonderful, some really beautiful views and the horses all follow each other nicely. There are 3 levels of experience available: - beginner - intermediate - highly experienced They ask you about your previous experiences with horses (if any) then categorise you accordingly. This is so you get the chance to go for a little trot in your experience group. Also, if you have never ridden a horse before this would be a perfect place to have a go as the horses are so relaxed and used to lots of people. If there are a group/family of you and you don’t want to be separated, do not worry because they only have you go off in your expert groups for a couple minutes at a time then you join back in the line walking with your family. The instructions they gave us were clear and straightforward. There was people of all ages with us today, as young as 6/7 who were also well looked after and had their safety vests on. Helmets were of course provided and they ensure they fit correctly too. We paid for the collection/drop off service, definitely worth it as there would be no taxi branches close by. The driver was really friendly and picked us up a few minutes early. We got a WhatsApp when our driver was on his way with an ETA. Would definitely return here. Couple of things to recommend if you are heading here: - wear plenty of sun cream, as the route is out in the ravines with no shade. - take a bottle of water with you (not a Stanley/Chilly) a normal plastic bottle up to 500ml as there is a bottle holder attached to the saddle. If you forget, you can buy a bottle of water for €1,50 - take sunglasses Wear sensible footwear (trainers as a minimum) boots are available to hire on site. - wear comfortable bottoms but nothing that will make you too hot. Can’t fault this place, thank you again for a lovely experience!
