We appreciate that the guide made us feel like we were exploring alongside a friend rather than merely following a tour script. Visited some landmarks of Chisinau, and the Cricova Underground Wine Cellar is an absolute must-visit. The traditional Moldavian dishes we savored were a celebration of local flavors. If Chisinau is on your travel list, do not miss this fantastic experience.

In this tour, the places and sites of historical importance in Chisinau, were explored, with a friendly tour guide. The tour guide spoke about some interesting facts related to it's independence in 1991, about it's culinary as well as political past. The time spent in this walking tour was worth it and it was a pleasant experience.

The local tour guide was a joyful person. It started with a walk of the central streets of Chisinau and I saw many architectural monuments of the Soviet-era. The National Museum of History of Moldova was an interesting place and we also went to the Moldovan Orthodox Church, which is uniquely neoclassical. The tour guide used positive humor, to narrate the history of places that were visited and hence, I enjoyed this tour.
