They are so slowly for respond the messages, don’t send correct dirrct number from guide.

1.00I'm sad because I have to write a very bad review but here you know if you were thinking of booking. First of all, my mistake because I know I overpaid for the tour which was $980 private tour ok. Transportation from and to Nampula to the island of Mozambique and sightseeing of the island and going to nearby islands. First of all, you wait a very long time for a response from Opatrip.com, when I booked and paid for my trip I didn't get an invoice for example and I thought it was a scam because no one responded for a few days, a week. And when I got a response and when I asked for the guide's number to be sure that everything was okay, I got the number of the guide from Maputo and that was a few days before the start of the trip. (I guess they booked another guide here on the island in Mozambique through them) okay. He told me that he would be waiting for me at the airport, but he called me, in the meantime I went to the plane and I didn't see the message that another guide would meet me there and sent a picture, I panicked, no one was waiting for me, I showed people the picture, nobody saw him, I barely found him. Ugl Opatrip.com should have sent me a direct number from the guide in Mozambique and not from the guide in Maputo (who did not pay my guide Hassan on the island) and because of him we waited in Nampula for 4 hours until Nelio from Maputo sent him the money that he was supposed to pay before the end of the tour. And they respond very slowly to messages with little information, which is not right, but ok.
We recommend, we will be back.

5.00The island of Mozambique is a must. UNESCO World Heritage Site, Camões Island, and stunning landscapes. The return to the island by boat and the visit to the fort of S. Sebastião are recommended.

5.00This was an ideal tour to see many of the charms of Mozambique. We saw lots of places, such as the Maputo Fortress, Maputo Central Market. The tour guide narrated the cultural and historical sides of Mozambique and we enjoyed this tour.
