We loved this experience! They really make it worth doing. Not only do you get tons of information on the history of the cocoa bean and how they make chocolate but you get a ton of hands on experience. Tasting chocolate of all sorts throughout the tour and experience. Loved picking out our design and creating our own chocolate bar. Bogi was our host and she was excellent! Friendly, knowledgeable and funny! If you’re thinking of signing up, do it!!

  • Lovely time spend (and we've eaten lots of different chocolates!)

Lovely workshop, we enjoyed both making the chocolates and chocolate tasting: had a choice of a lot of novel types of chocolates to try, some very unusual, really liked some and were able to buy them at the store. The workshop was simple and enjoyable. Definitely recommend.

We took the chocolate making class, which was worth it. Though I will note that "chocolate making" is stretching the definition a bit as you mostly just make a chocolate bar using some tempered chocolate and mix-ins. That aside, it was nice to learn about the history and making of chocolate, which had some hands (and mouths) on portions to it. And they also allowed you to try a smattering of different chocolates of various types as well, including some oddballs that were surprisingly good.
